The advice I was given was based upon my needs -- and therefore the chair I purchased is perfect for me -- and great quality! Jul 02,2020I ordered a chair from here about a month or so ago. Sadly, they'd sold out of the all black chair I originally wanted. However, I was called and offered a different colour of the same chair so that I wouldn't have to wait for more to be made/delivered. The guy I spoke to on the phone was lovely and helpful and my chair arrived quickly and was very easy to fit together. As I've now been using it for a while I can say it's extremely comfortable for hours and hours of use and has great neck and back support, which was important for me. If you're thinking about buying a chair from them, do it, you won't regret it :)

I have been living in the chair since It arrived, I got the Gamer Series, it has great back support and fits my height perfectly (5’5”) I highly recommend, and I will definitely be shopping here again in the future!

Longer shipping than usual due to covid-19, but again, communication from company was great so that was not an issue. Also the freebies were a nice touch. Thanks heaps for the smooth transaction.
