Jun 20,2023Chair quality excellent. Gas cylinder very sticky, but worked OK, once when needed, on setup. Am concerned, whether it may operate OK in the future, as it appears very sticky. Delivery was within a couple of days. My son, who also has an identical chair, was able to assemble it for me very quickly. I wholeheartedly recommend ZQRacing office-gaming chairs, for their comfort & quality. There’s no substitute for quality!!!

Feb 01,2023Poor designed. Does not last, after 3 years fallen apart Would not recommend spending money on these. Wheels fall apart, causing marks on the tiles, material all crumbled and fall apart only 1 year in and they said it is general wear and tear.

Nov 09,2022The control unit B snapped in half, which was not covered by warranty as it is considered to be regular wear and tear. The wait time for a new Control unit was 2 months, leaving me without a chair for that time frame.

Oct 11,2022I loved my chair, but after several years it had developed some issues. I was initially disappointed when I saw that parts were on back order on the website and thought I might have to wait weeks without a chair. Once I spoke to ZQ however, I am a legit customer for life. These guys were super helpful, had quality parts for reasonable prices, and since I happened to live down the road from one of them, I even got free installation right in my garage. The main frame of my chair is rock solid after all these years, and with a new control box and piston installed, I reckon I'll get a bunch more out of it. Awesome product, awesome support, 10/10, would ZQ again!

Jun 25,2022This is my second saturn fabric gaming chair. Build quality is excellent and really easy to put together. Received a free waterproof protector which was a nice bonus. Overall quality is great and I ended up purchasing the second chair as a gift for my daughter. My original saturn chair is still going strong after 2.5 years with no visible wear to the fabric. When you consider the chair is used daily I highly recommend the fabric chairs. The only issue I have had with the original chair was a tear in one of the armrests. The armrests are made of a material somewhat similar to memory foam. The chair was still under warranty and I had no problems getting a replacement sent out.
