Oct 06,2021At last, an alternative to sugar that tastes right in tea, works for baking and has no aftertaste. Zukr - where have you been all my life? Love it. For those asking about baking, I have found 1 1/3 times Zukr is about right (ie if the recipe says 100g I use about 130g). If you have a very sweet tooth you might want to go to 1 1/2 times. It’s fine in place of granulated or caster sugar but you need to blast it in a food processor or blender for icing sugar.
