Same experience when i started BPO, Covergy's (currently rejected me) and the secong company who gives me opportunity in booming BPO Industry Voice and Non Voice is Accenture Inc. That reminds me that I used to have the scond shot. I never used to send follow up with my applications and to my suprise 20four7VA suprisngly is the second VA angency I applied for. It was like when i started BPO way back 2006 and stary with Accenture for 13 years. I am a Loyal and Honest employee and delivering required expectations, 20four7VA repeats it history itself! With that I am so grateful!

Dec 14,2023This company's screening and application process is very convenient; it allows you to choose your own time and your own interviewer, though you have to cross your fingers that the interviewers are kind. But from my personal experience, all the interviewers were so kind and spoke eloquently. Though the application includes numerous interviews, I have done like three interviews already, and there's two more to go. I understand the reason why they interview their applicants many times—maybe to choose the best applicants for the role. All in all, they have a good recruitment team; kudos!

Dec 09,2023We had a very rough start. Do tell prospective or customers you are going to do something and then not do it for days. Every day of business is important to us. When introducing your assigned Account Manager if they are not present make sure that they do follow up and contact the client. As of today I have still not spoken with Macey, yes we exchanged a couple emails but to be "honest" as you put it I am not comfortable with her handling our account. Your billing is a nightmare, we still are not on any schedule it appears to be billed consistently. I will just keep watching for it. We have hopes that the next coming weeks with our first VA will be smoother and that the onboarding of our next one will go extremely more efficiently.
