Dec 03,2023I recently went through the job application process on their website. The initial step involved recording a presentation, but a platform glitch resulted in my having to redo it. Following that, the 1:1 meeting with a supposed "Subject Matter Expert" was quite disappointing. Aside from struggling to understand him due to his strong Indian accent (no effort from his side to articulate english word in a clear way), the assessment method felt unreliable. Random questions and requirement of code recitation seemed complete non sense, it's definitely not the way to assess skills of a webdev. In my view, this is just another cheap VA company, a complete waste of time.
