Aug 18,2023I really appreciate the challenging nature of the exam as it gave applicants a solid understanding of what is expected in the employment field. However, there is one aspect of the application process that I found to be less than satisfactory. After completing the final interview and submitting all required documents, it was disheartening to not receive any response from the Client endorsement teams or even the recruitment team's Skype channel, which seemed unresponsive. I understand that they handle a large number of virtual assistants, but maintaining consistency in answering applicant messages would greatly enhance professionalism and create a more seamless experience. Without any communication, it felt as though we were left hanging and unsure of our status within the process. Furthermore, although there are numerous job openings, it is disappointing to see many follow-up messages being acknowledged on Skype without providing any updates. This lack of information is concerning and affects overall confidence in the hiring process. On a positive note, I am delighted with 10Four7VA for offering free training for virtual assistants. However, effective communication is paramount in this industry, and I feel it should be given greater emphasis and promptly addressed to ensure a positive experience for all applicants.
