That's why it was so useful to have someone find and match me with suitable job opportunities at no cost. My first client was a consultant who hired me for a few weeks but didn't have enough work to keep me in their team. Fortunately, 20four7VA had other opportunities lined up for me, so I was able to get another suitable remote job quickly. Another aspect I appreciated is that I didn't have to do my own invoicing, my payments were sent to me regularly and promptly. I thought some of the tools and systems used for business could be modernized, but that was not too much of an issue. Having a support system help me navigate remote work more than made up for a few hiccups I encountered because my apprehensions about payment security and remote work not being a sustainable career choice were easily allayed. Overall, it made the transition from an office-based job to a remote career a smooth experience for me.

It was like TL was employed by the client instead of 24 *It concerned me when one of my team mates lost her pregnancy and she only had 2 week of rest. She lost the baby because our client over worked her and we didn't hear about how the company dealt with it. Not even sure if 20four acknowledge the situation. *We were expected to send the equipment and didn't send us money when it was supposed to be the company and the client paying for it. They sent it only after we insisted for it (took days, almost a week) *The talk was that the withheld money was for when there needs processing after you leave your job. What happened was, not only did they withheld the money, they also withheld our last pay when that wasn't what was discussed. That's what withholding the money was for

May 20,2023After the pandemic hit I was super lost. I had no experience working from home and I did not know which company to approach. Not sure if they read my mind but they approached me via Linkedin and I was offered a position to apply for. The application process did not take much time really. I went through a couple of interviews, some tests and in a couple of weeks I landed my first client. After that I got another client that saw my potential and decided to give me a raise and taught me about social media marketing. I kept learning and working and today I have a whole different position. I can say without a doubt that this is a company that gives you room to grow but you need to be willing to take that opportunity. I'm thankful and happy.

May 19,2023Being a part of 20four7va was really a big help since I started WFH. I learned a lot and landed on a few clients good client. My very first client was good, taught me a lot even though he offered a dirt cheap rate. Imagine earning less than I am getting when I am still in the BPO. The reasons why I gave 1 start is because of 2 employees or staffs which had made my stay until up to this day regrettable. From the start Cath, she was formerly the one "checking" the system requirements made me unwelcome the very first time when I reached out to her. she made me wait for more than an hour without responding during the system check. When I asked to be excuse to go to the rest room, guess what? she started working on my computer without even telling me what she's going to do. Talk about PRIVACY! she's the most entitled person I know in the company, one staff even told me, "her name is... but she prefers to be call Ms. Cath". Hell! The owner and founder let's you call her by her first name. Just another typical Filipino attitude. The second staff is the worst. Ianthe of accounting. I reached out to her regarding a dispute regarding my client's payment. I won't go into the details. ask her about it. She deliberately and intentionally ignored my Private chat and emails and never did responded when I made a follow up after my 1st email. If you're looking for the meaning of being unprofessional, she's the personification of the very word. 20four7va, thank you for the experience and for giving me a chance to voice out. For the date of experience, for the record, it's during the whole time working with this company. Please remove me from our mailing list.
