Feb 08,2025They sent me someone else’s package, like mislabeled with someone else’s name as well as my name. They refused to refund me because I couldn’t send them the product I ordered back, even though I never received it. Super unhelpful & never got my product.

I ordered three mineral Crystal coffee mugs to use as Christmas gifts what arrived was nothing like the pictures and they never followed through with any response to do a return and receive a refund. The beautiful agate looking mugs on their website were what I expected to receive. Instead I got three, hideously, painted cups that look reminiscent of cave paintings.

Jan 26,2025The products are not as advertised. What was represented as a carved rock mug was a badly molded and colored plastic mug with a stainless steel insert. They also looked nothing like they did on the website. I do not recommend.

Jan 25,2025If I could give negative stars, I would. This was one of the worst experiences with an online order I have ever had. I ordered one of their mineral crystal mugs on Dec. 15th and did not get it until Jan. 23. The mug was not even close to the picture. It was a crudely painted small, poorly made mug. The paint was splotchy and so poorly done with paint drips down the side and on the bottom. It looked like the worst DIY job ever. I am embarrassed to give it to the person I bought it for, so I will probably just throw it away. DO NOT buy from this website!!!

Jan 23,2025It's a rip-off. I wish I read reviews as I most usually do, these are NOT stone or crystal as advertised. They are cheesy plastic cups that look like plastic toys. I was excited to give these as gifts to my daugherdaughter-in-laws and now I don't even want to tell them they arrived or let them see them as they are so cheap it's embarrassing. And, of course, I bought 3...Not worth sending back. It took almost 2 months to even get them..

Jan 17,2025Less than 1 star. Total ripoff company. Products are garbage. Ordered mineral cups. Plastic painted cups that aren’t worth $5. Can’t return because the shipping address is China. Credit card company would not authorize credit due to them shipping and me receiving their garbage.

Jan 17,2025Took 3 weeks to ship "from New York". Ordered a Mineral mug for a friend and it was so cheap I was embarrassed to gift it. Had a cheap metal insert for "hot liquids" that wasn't even secured. Don't waste your time or money.

Jan 13,2025It’s total faults advertisement, especially the mineral mugs… Their videos of their process are completely misleading and faults. What shows up is a poorly crafted piece of plastic crap. There’s no customer service. They say they were arriving a week before Christmas and arrived the week of January 11.
