Apr 06,2021Unfortunately the whisky I ordered online for collection, they emailed me to let me know they had run out. Online stock-keeping seems to be poor.A refund did come through, but was not immediate, but several days later. Also, I emailed to ask if they had another bottle which I was interested in, as I did not want to purchase then be yet again disappointed to receive an email saying it wasn't in stock. They never replied to my email. Rther disappointed so far.

Mar 31,2021I have now managed to secure some incredible bottles of Whisky from 23 Wine and Whisky. From the first discussion i have had with them they have been nothing but polite, helpful and showed a real interest in what i was looking for, even if they didnt stock the bottle i was wanting. They are now a go to place for me and i will happily continue spending my money with them. Im just looking forward to the end of lock down to be able to go and meet them in person and maybe buy another bottle or 2!

Mar 31,2021Always have an extensive range of spirits and I've always been able to get what I want, especially if looking for something a bit different. The only down side was the delivery. Having ordered it on a Tuesday, paying for Express Next Day delivery, I didn't receive it until the Friday, somewhat annoying when paying an additional £7.99 for the service.
