Jan 08,2019I would highly recommend 3D innovation. The crystal was beautiful with my son's picture inside. It turned out way better than what I expected!! I purchased the light base, too. Simply beautiful! I received my order very quickly! I will definitely use 3D innovation again! Top notch service!!

Jan 05,2019I ordered a necklace with a photo of my deceased grandfather as a Christmas gift for my grandmother. Processing and shipping did not take long at all. When I received it, I noticed there was a small crack inside. I simply contacted customer service via email and they immediately got a new one shipped out to me and it was perfect. When my grandmother opened it all she could do was cry and say how beautiful it was. It turned out to be the perfect gift. I will definitely be ordering again!

Jan 03,2019The worse completely disappointed as to how delivery system works. I pray for us press delivery in the object was delivered for near a week later when requested a 2-day delivery. The item received was awesome and in mint condition butter customer service and word of commitment the worst I'm completely disappointed on the service.
