May 24,2017My grandmother passed away in October 2016. My mother, an only child, wanted something to remember her mother by for her birthday in February. I placed my order the second week in January 2017 and paid for two day shipping so I could ensure on having the necklace by then. To my surprise the gift did not arrive until the first week of March 2017. The product itself was beautiful but the communication and shipping was horrible. For this reason, I will never order from then again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

However, when I received the cube it was perfect. My friend cried when she saw it. She loved it!!!! 3D Innovation did a great job. I will buy from you again. Thank you.

May 25,2017I saw them at a mall kiosk a week before Mother's Day and saw their products but it was more than I wanted to spend on an "add on" gift. Not to say it's not worth it. I went online and saw they had a fairly priced keychain which I purchased. The quality is A+ and the light is a bonus. It's a very impressive piece which I enjoy looking at. I had an issue(my 2 year old's fault) with it and they were more than courteous to resolve it. I will be using them again and highly recommend them and their products.
