Nov 28,2018First off I want to say the product I received from 3D innovation is OUTSTANDING! First time I have ordered online, and the product received looked like it was advertised. Second, the customer service I received prior to ordering my 3D cube was awesome. I was able to talk to a representative live via my computer, where I was able to send them the pic I wanted to have them make my cube with and the representative was able to tell me right there if everything in the picture would be able to show up in my cube. Customer service gets very high mark from me! All around, great experience with this company, and I will be using them often!

Nov 25,2018Absolutely the neatest keychain ever. I love it and will be precious memories and such a wonderful gift for my daughter. The only thing I was disappointed about was that you have to hold the button in for the light. I have seen others that you twist the top and light stays on so thought they were all that way. Other than that everything else was perfect.

Nov 23,2018Great place to order from. I recently purchased two heart necklaces. And when received the quality of the work was great. Detail is amazing. But the picture in the heart necklace wasn't what we were looking for, so we contacted the customer service team, told them about our concern, with the picture in the necklace not being zoomed in enough on the face, and they worked with us right away to make sure we got what we wanted and as quickly as possible. I would only recommend that if you want a 'zoomed in' picture or need to have the picture cropped in any way, make sure to do that before uploading the picture(s) on the website as there was no way to do that on the website before uploading right now.
