Extremely happy with how the images turned out! And the shipping was almost TOO fast! The items are a gift for my wife and I expected delivery to be at least a week or more. It arrived 3 days after the order was placed. Will definitely order from them again!

I was so very impressed with the customer service, support and how friendly and accommodating 3D innovation was throughout the ordering process and through fulfillment. Their support got right back to me to answer my question, and I was able to get a full preview of not only the picture, but placed of the text as well and that was extremely helpful in my decision to proceed with ordering my item. I highly recommend 3D innovation as I had a wonderful first experience with them!

The necklace is beautiful. Purchased for my son, for his 2 yr anniversary with his girlfriend. Shipped rather quickly. The item was ordered and received within one week, which was awesome. Definitely plan to use the service again. Wish I could post a picture of the finished product. Only suggestion is that the company finds a way to allow the customer to see a preview of the order, befoee submission. This would give the customer peace of mind that the item will look as expected. It also alleviates issues with the item later, on behalf of the company. That is the reason for four stars vs. Five stars.

Looked great and took only four days from placing order to receiving. Also nice that an online rep will look at a picture before you order to let you know if it may or may not turn out as expected.

I really appreciate the help that I received from the customer service rep Sherry. She was awesome! I received my crystal a day before I was supposed and I was very happy. It was very nice but the words are a little hard to see. The price is a little expensive but I really needed the gift so I had to sacrifice.

I got the best customer service from any company I have dealt with from 3D innovation. Spring was very helpful and patient with me to get the picture I wanted reflected just the way I wanted it. I was very grateful as was the person the gift was for. I also received what I ordered within days. I was very pleased with every aspect of the product, service, and communication from the company. I knew the status every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
