I would give ZERO starts if I could. Nautilus contracts with this company for their warranty repair, so be warned! I had an appt for 12-4, the service tech called and said he would be running late, I told him that was ok. That was the best part of this experience. After that, he never showed up. I repeatedly called 3XM to reschedule, never talked to anybody other than the apparent answering service who "escalated my call" and said that I would get a call back "within the hour". After several daily calls, over a couple of weeks with no response, I called Warrentech (the extended warranty company that holds the contract). They have no other providers they can send out, 3XM is the only one??! I had to go directly to Nautilus and they finally sent out their own repair person, it took me 6 weeks to get the bike fixed. Ironically, they texted me today - months later - to ask if I still needed repair services. 3XM is a joke - buyer beware
I first had a scheduled appointment from 9-12. The technician arrived at 6:30 P.M. After two minutes, he figured out I needed another belt for the motor. He said that he would not charge for the visit because I had to order the second part and would let his company know this and reschedule the appointment. After three weeks, I did not hear from them. It is impossible to get through to them. They have an answering service, and yet no response. I texted the technician, with no response. Over three weeks had gone by, and finally, the tech answered his phone. He forgot about me. I contacted iFit, and they said they would send another request. I got it, and then 3XM reached out to me about an appointment date which was today, 10/18/2023. They reminded me of the day before. However, they did not show up. No call, no show. This company will rip you off. They have their money, my money, and have yet to come out and replace the belts. iFit needs to remove this vendor from their list of services.
On point! From scheduling to repair of my treadmill, my work they have been great. Parts took too long. I would recommend them to service any machine!!!!!
Unresponsive/no sense of urgency in scheduling appointments. Called 2 times in a week , its been over a month no one has called me back.
I had 4 people come out to tell me my stair master was no good then one guy comes out and does the job four others couldn't .thank you James for ur smart work, professional working skills and knowledge of the work your doing I give him 10 star

The scheduling staff was really nice and accommodating to my work schedule. I had To wait a while on parts from the factory, but the service coordinators at 3XM provided me with weekly updates until parts arrived and made scheduling easy. The actual repair Service was so fast!
Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. They scheduled an appointment with me— gave me an 8-12 window and never showed. I had to take the day off work, complete waste of time and money. They have not responded since missing the appointment to texts or phone calls. I paid $500 for my warranty— unbelievable crooked, garbage company.
I have been trying to get a repair done to a recumbent bike that arrived in March 2022 in defective working condition. 3xm is contracted repair for this bike. One year and one month later still trying to get repair completed. Can't get through to a live person on telephone - must leave message. Non responsive to other forms of contact. UPDATE: 1 year and 3 months later product repaired.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve been waiting for over a month for my appointment, only for them not to show up yesterday. Can’t get ahold of anyone, they don’t return calls and the company I bought the extended warranty with can’t help. Complete waste of money!! And don’t get me started on IFIT!
Worse customer service of all time, they never answer the phone, no way to leave a message. Finally got a tech to come out, I have to order the parts, they gave me wrong part numbers, ordering site doesn't list the parts I need and no prices are listed on the site. IFIT is no better, put on hold yesterday for over an hour, no one ever answered.
I have been trying to get my pro-form treadmill repaired since basically day one . I bought it at failed within 30 days Ifit has been yanking me around with getting it fixed. They sent out three XM to replace the motor guy said he was not able to do any diagnosing. He was just there to switch motor. This was in July finally I got an appointment scheduled via email that they didn’t even bother showing up or calling me.I have called several times no one ever answers. I am so fed up with it all.
Alex kept in touch with his ETA. He showed up when he said he would and did a wonderful job building my bbq.
Alex is an incredible asset to 3XM he has impeccable knowledge in conjunction with phenomenal customer service skills. He had to come out three times due to parts. He has fixed my elliptical! Thank you for having such an amazing, knowledgeable, kind person as your employee.
Alex was amazing. Super nice guy, very professional and hard working. He’s a true asset to 3XM and you are very lucky to have him on board. He took the time to repair my treadmill as well as work with tech support to correct a software issue, that was beyond his scope of knowledge. Thank you for sending out such a knowledgeable, hard working technician.
Very surprised at the good reviews. Icon fitness gave us this company to come repair our 4 month old norditrac treadmill. We have left several voicemails and an email and have not heard a response. Now if you can not on,y does no one pick up, but you can’t leave a message.
I was very patient, covid19 and all. Some wrong diagnosis by another tech at first but then came Alex. Even though it took time Alex kept coming back until the correct parts were delivered and installed. I had a very negative experiance with a lemon treadmill purchased over a decade ago and I thought my wife and I were duped once again because of the trouble with the elipical! At this point, I dont think we were. Alex kept me from losing faith in Proform and my wife and I are once again enjoying the machine. Thanks Alex and thanks Proform for standing by your products with outstanding techs and a warranty program that was sensative to Covid19 time frames! I will recommend Proform.
