It is true that we offer cheap inks and cheap toner cartridges, but discount inks does not mean that you are compromising on quality. We rely on word of mouth advertising as we operate on very low margins.

This is what happen to me when I order the products from this too good to be true company. This is a copy of the conversation between me and the customer service rep. to tried to fix the problem. "If you have only opened and tried one cartridge, we can issue you a return merchandise authorization form so you can return the other cartridge for store credit. However the cartridge you are returning must be unopened-unused, still it its sealed cellophane bag, in the original box and in a condition to return to stock." So I said make it clear to me, are you saying I can only get a refund for one and store credit for the other one? "We are saying that we can issue you a return merchandise authorization from so you can return the unopened/unused cartridge that you ordered in error for store credit. We can not take back the opened cartridge nor can we refund you for it." Guarantee no refunds but they do want you to credit you for you to spend more with them. Go ahead and order it and you'll have a long conversation as I did with them. Apologizing to a customer is not going to fix a problem. My question to you sir is "What are you going to do to make a customer happy that you already upset with your sorry sad customer services? Most good business would offer to exchange your return item for the correct item. Not this company, no they would rather go through a complicated route by crediting you with the return item but it's only good towards the purchase of more item from them. Which is useless to you. BUYER BE WARE!!!!!

I was looking for quality and pricing online verses what you get in-stores. I find that my first order was well worth the time and wait for my order to arrive in less than 1 week. yes I paid shipping however when you compare prices of driving to the store, your time waiting in traffic and in line at the register and the actual price of what your paying for the ink.. I find it to be worth my time to purchase online and wait... being able to purchase enough for and still save money in the long run is worth me becoming a regular customer and I thank you for being available to me as a customer and having quality products and variety of choices... I will most definitely continue to recommend your company to my friends, family and business associates... thanks

I gave up on the commercial ink people, big box stores, and am with $4.99 inks now for over a year ! (3 printers to keep going )

I was extremely hesitant to try another online re manufactured ink house. I have been burned by numerous cartridges that were bad and I usually threw them out as it is a pain to ship back. Why buy a cheap cartridge only to have to pay to have it returned? THESE CARTRIDGES WORKED PERFECT! I was pleasantly surprised. I will be giving these guy all my business, as they are a fraction of the cost of vendor purchased cartridges.

previous ink cartrifdges worked pretty good with printer, this last batch of cartridges have been a problem getting the printer to accept - once a ink cartridge is accepted, then have a problem in them continuing to print, spend a lot of time doing printhead cleaning to get them to print which results in using a lot of ink just to do printhead cleaning instead of regular printing. not sure that i want to purchase again with the problems have had with this last batch

I have been buying all my ink exclusively from 499INKS for more than a year, and have never had any problem, and always had a very high degree of success and satisfaction with their products. All the other ink sales companies should take a lesson here.

At first I was a little nervous about low cost inks, having had some problems with another brand in the past, but I must say 499inks are just as good, maybe better, than the high priced spread!! After a few days of use of my initial order, I ordered another set so I just don't run out. The delivery is great, just didn't want to be on hold for a few days. Thanks Folks, you are much appreciated !

This is my 1st time buying ink replacement cartridges for my new printer. When I priced the ink cartridges at my local office supply store it was cheaper to buy a new printer than it is to buy the ink replacements. I started shopping on line and found 499 inks read their reviews and decided to take a chance. I received my order in a couple of days. I am very impressed with the service and the ink cartridges. The cartridges work the same as the cartridges you purchase at the store. I will tell all of my friends.

I had many reservations about ordering a ink cartridge online. I had read many reviews about many problems. The reviews for 499inks.com were much better so I ordered and to my delight the cartridge worked perfectly. The price was excellent & with shipping added, the price was still 1/3 of what Staples was asking. I have already recommended this website to a friend. Terrific !
