It is true that we offer cheap inks and cheap toner cartridges, but discount inks does not mean that you are compromising on quality. We rely on word of mouth advertising as we operate on very low margins.

Most generic brand cartidges don't work in HP Printers but these do :)

I ordered 2 black and 2 color. One of the color inks would not recognize in my printer. Tried all the tricks that they gave but still didn't work

Unbelievable price. Delivery to California took 5 days. My printer is back up and running. My printer is very sensitive about cartridges, but accepted these immediately upon installation. I am very happy! I hope they print as many copies as advertized. I'm counting. Have printed about 150 copies from these two new cartridges so far. Thank you for keeping your price low.

Why should anyone pay $60.00 or more when you can get a quality product for black and color ink plus shipping for less than $15.00!!! Love it .

One of my #30 cartridge was leaking bad . I sent a picture of it to Robert Williams at Easy Group. I have not received a replacement.

I've always dreaded buying the manufacturer ink cartridges because of the price and have tried getting it refilled in the past. Refilling was hit and miss because the sensor can get damaged. I stumbled upon 499inks.com recently and at first was skeptical mainly due to the price. Really? $4.99? I purchased two XL cartridges and with shipping it came to less than $20. I received it in less than 10 days and tried it out last night. I'm happy to report everythings works great and I will definitely be purchasing from 499inks.com in the future. It cost less for me to purchase from them than having the ink refilled.

I bought two ink cartridges from 499inks. Installed one in my printer and it works fine. Sometime back I had bought same cartridge from other company but it was not recognized by my printer and had to throw it away.

The cartridges would print but had blanks spots, took cartridges out and cleaned the it with alcohol worked better but not perfect.

I changed all my colors on my HP printer with the ink I purchased from 499inks. They worked very well and saved me a lot of money since I was not sure if the printer was working properly and did not want to spend a great deal of money with the original products to find out. I am very satisfied with the ink.
