We offer ink and toner cartridges that we have fully tested, for both print quality and longevity. It is true that we offer cheap inks and cheap toner cartridges, but discount inks does not mean that you are compromising on quality. We rely on word of mouth advertising as we operate on very low margins.

Jan 28,2015I purchased 2 black ink cartridges from you recently. They were for Model WF2530, Epson. The print quality is useless and faded. Epson has advised that the printer will cost too much to send to a repair location in Vancouver, WA or Portland, OR. It is much cheaper to purchase another model from Epson. I know you told me to call for help on the quality of your ink cartridges, but I am too angry to speak. Very nice sales people, but a very poor product. .Rest assured, I will never purchase ink from an outside source again!!!! Judy

Jan 25,2015I just received my small order of (3) color cartridges for my Lexmark Pro901. I have been buying remanufactured inks from everyone for several years now...of which none, and I mean NONE, have even come close to your extremely well defined and acute care you have put into your ackaging. I am so impressed, and you still kept the price under $5.00. The care you take, amazing.....Vacuum packed, heavy gage anti-static packaging, heat sealed, laser etched item number, and instructions in (5) languages. And on top of that, you add a safety cap to the cartridge to keep the ink in and cartridge safe from damage and a strip of security tape to keep the ink from drying or leaking out. And then, (where does it stop?) and then, you add one additional User Manual inside the packaging itself with very informative info on how to keep your printer from displaying "Not Original OEM Product". I am so impressed.....Oh, almost forgot, the bubble lined shipping envelope was just the perfect 'icing on the cake'. Just a few more words and I'll shut up. I ran the print align program together with the light head cleaning cartridge program and both ran flawless. Print out could not have been cleaner or sharper. Ok, almost done. Will 499inks.com ever be carrying Laser Toner in the future? Are you guys from the UK?...I notice you use the word "enquire" and not inquire. (both acceptable by the way). The web site I looked you guys up on was "Scamadviser.com", and they gave you a 90% Safe Site. That is why I thought to give you a try. I think if you contact them you could get 100% easy. Just thought you would like to know. I do hope your cartridges work at printing as well as you package them. I have been looking for a Site like yours for a long, long time. I hope I have found it! Jan 25,2015STARTED OUT GREAT , AFTER I PRINTED 4 PAGES THE PRINT GOT VARY BLURRY, NEED TO STOP THE PRINT . WHET ON THE CLEAN CARTRIDGE , OND STILL THE PROBLEM IS THERE. IS THERE SOME OTHER THING TO DO TOFIX THIS.
