Jun 18,2024Ordered wheels and tyres and selected delivery date two weeks in the future. Waited at home for delivery and nothing arrived. Phoned up and not in stock for at least another 5 weeks. No indication on website not in stock and no notification following order. Very poor.

Jun 14,2024Would have been 5 stars but the delivery service let you down. Delivery was scheduled for Monday 10/06/2024 (which is when the tyres were delivered). However DX Freight sent me a text message confirming this and also a link to change the scheduled delivery date which I needed to do, as no body was at home on the Monday. So I rescheduled the delivery for Wednesday 12/06/2024 through the link provided in the text. But as stated the tyres were still delivered on the Monday. Where when I got home both tyres had been chucked over the wall in to the garden at the side of our property. Where a couple of plant pots got broken. Also to the right of our property we have a gate that was open, which leads to our back garden So I am not sure why the delivery driver felt the need to chuck the tyres over the wall in the first place.

Jun 04,2024I've not used this company before & initially I was a bit concerned as I hadn't received my confirmation email or booking time. However, this did get sorted out. I went to my selected place for the fitment of my tyre the next day & all was good. The tyre had been delivered, I was expected at the garage & the tyre was fitted = happy customer 😀
