I phoned 4X4 to ask a question and I actually got to speak to a member of staff. My wheels were well packaged and arrived on time. DX couriers didn't offer a 2hr delivery slot which is a bit behind the times these days , I had to wait in all day until my items arrived mid afternoon. I Forgot to mention, the steel wheels are excellent, they look great and the thick gauge of the steel they are made from is impressive.
