But five wheels and tires from you one of the wheels was showing on Fedex system delay after a couple of days it was still showing delay then you have to replace it with another wheels. Couple of days after that, you accusing me of divert the wheels to another address when in the first place it was showing on Fedex system delivery delay. Spent over £5000 cash on debit card and then you accuse me what a disgrace.

Jul 17,2024Ordering tyres for my Mustang, I decided to have 4x GT Radials Sportactive2, which are incredible and half the price of premium tyres, BTW. I had these fitted by one off 4x4's 3rd party garages. Unfortunately I sustained some damage to my rims while the tyres were being fitted. The garage denied all knowledge of damage and said my car had been kerbed!!! I don't think so. I called 4x4 Tyres while at the garage, told me to take some pictures, emailing them to 4x4. I can't express how good 4x4 have been with constant updates. Even after the 3rd party garage wrote statements to deny everything, 4x4 still demanded the cctv footage. In less than a week this has been sorted out by 4x4 and a settlement agreed. I can't thank you highly enough for your aftersales service, cheers Henry 👊🫶👏👏

Jul 13,2024Sexual Harassment and Incompetence I ordered 4 tyres and had them fitted by their partner fitter (part of the same company) ProTyre, who are supposedly specialists. ProTyre handed my 4x4 to the apprentice, and whilst sexually harassing her verbally whilst she worked, she lifted my car on the sills and not the frame, the sills on this vehicle are not designed for the weight, a competent and trained fitter would know this. This incompetence caused a good deal of damage to my inner and outer sills and caused the skins to separate in one wheel arch. On discovering this, I returned to ProTyre within 5 minutes, where they inspected the car and admitted fault, offering to "bend it back." All on CCTV. I contacted 4x4 Tyres, of whom my contract is with, and received a call from the area manager of ProTyre, who tried his very best to refute my claims and tried stating the damage was there before I came in. At his request I provided photos of the sills that had been taken a few weeks before whilst the car was being undersealed, showing their perfect condition, but shock, no reply from said area manager. I even offered on the phone to drive to him to show him the damage if he was in disbelief. Worth noting on the call, he stating the fitter was not an apprentice, which was a lie. I contacted 4x4 Tyres again, who escalated this to "director level" and I was told an investigation would take place, and that the CCTV would be reviewed. I was at the time, content with this, as the CCTV would show how they lifted the vehicle, and me returning it to their admittance of guilt. Today (12/07/24) the new General Manager (not director) called me with the "outcome" of the investigation. Despite claiming CCTV had been reviewed, this General Manager couldn't answer basic questions about it, and had no knowledge of me returning to the garage. In other words, he hadn't reviewed anything at all, but at least he acknowledged the fitter was in fact an apprentice. The resolution offered was laughable, apparently the following is their "process"; -The General Manager offered to "go to trading standards on my behalf to seek an independent resolution." He wanted me to get multiple garages opinions on the damage and have trading standards act as a third party on "my behalf." Since when is a company at fault ever going to act on the customers behalf? I since spoke to trading standards and consumer advice who stated this wasn't a practice they supported or offered. In summary, if you want to sit and listen to sexual harassment of an employee, have your car damaged by an unsupervised apprentice, and then have a company make absolutely no effort to make amends and instead lie, then go to 4x4 Tyres. Its worth adding, I wasn't seeking any refund, the tyres were cheap, I just wanted my car to be returned to the condition it arrived in.

Jul 07,2024Purchased 5 calibre odyssey 18' alloys plus all season tyres which were fitted and balanced and came with all new securing bolts at a fantastic price. these we're to replace my existing calibre alloys. delivery was quick and alloys and tyres were very well packed and received in pristine condition. I highly recommend 4x4 tyres and speak to Henry who was great to deal with and will help with your enquiries and purchases. I will definitely be recommending 4x4 tyres to family and freinds as I believe there prices won't be beaten.
