Jan 31,2023The tyres arrived at the fitting dealer ahead of schedule and the fitting date was given to me. However, within 24hrs the fitting appointment was cancelled and another time and date arranged. The fitting left a lot to be desired, slow and not terribly helpful. One of my locking wheel nuts would not come off so I left with three new tyres and one old one. They did not have the tool to remove the lock nut and I had to go to another tyre fitters to get the nut removed, a job which took them no more than 5 minutes. Returning to the nominated fitting agent I was told that they could fit me in in three days time. Not good enough, that would make it a week since the original fitment date so I took the new tyre to another dealer to get it fitted. I would recommend 4 x 4 tyres for the price and service but I'm afraid I will not go anywhere near the particular fitting agent again.
