My son bought sneakers but bought the wrong size, so I returned the shoes asking for an exchange. They refused exchange or refund because I had Taped the box !!!! So they sent us back the shoes. I have never seen such a bad Customer service, a lack of.They don't care, don't need customer. Awful and expensive bad experience

What an excellent service they provide at 5Pointz. I had a problem with my order, Loma and the customer service team fixed it for me, I'm very grateful to her. And they had the best price on the market! Would definitely buy from them again 10/10.

Genuinely complimentary title to this review as the shop retrospectively adjusted my bill as I had forgotten to enter my discount code at the online checkout. The trainers i purchsed arrived promptly and well packaged. Many thanks!

Took 9 days for my next day delivery to arrive also had no response after trying to contact several times. Very disappointed would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered a pair of adidas topango which I couldn't find anywhere else,in the sale with an extra 20% off,have to be honest I'd never heard of 5 pointz before so was a bit worried about placing an order but it was such a good offer I took the plunge, sooo glad I did free next day delivery constant communication with regards to the order(I ordered over the bank holiday) and the trainers were spot on. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending 5 pointz and I'll no doubt be ordering more in the not too distant future. Just one thing though if anyone from 5 pointz is reading this; your website could do with a bit of smartening up so it matches both the quality of your service (which was top quality from beginning to end ) and the quality of brands you stock😄.
