Feb 23,2016They communication was great and items were delivered on the date requested. The only issue revolved around the collection point representative that the courier company used, she was adamant that my items had not been delivered even though i showed her the confirmation email and asked her to scan the or code which she vehemently wouldn't do. After speaking to Loma at 5 Pointz she confirmed the items had actually been delivered to the place I had visited and even offered to have the courier pick them up and drop them off to me at home, I declined this offer and collected them myself expecting to receive an apology from the lady I had visited earlier, one wasn't forthcoming and I got the distinct impression that I was hindering this ladies TV watching time!! Loma provided exemplary customer service and couldn't do more to help. Would purchase from them again.
