I have never been disappointed by the 5Pointz experience either online or in store. The service is fast and reliable and the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. It's a proper sneaker headz outlet.

Can't fault the service of 5 Pointz as a business. More than adequate communication and delivery but I was a little bit disappointed with my order. I ordered a pair of black trainers that I've wanted for a while as they were in the sale at a great price, but I didn't really think that warranted what looks like an ex display pair. The right shoe, perfect, jet black and clearly brand new. The left shoe however, slightly discoloured, a greeny tinge to the black suede as well as slight bobbling on the tongue of the shoe. Granted, if I really wasn't satisfied then I should have returned them, but they were the only pair left in my size for a such a good price so I'm happy to keep them. Can't honestly give five stars for the whole order but I would use 5 Pointz again.

I ordered trainers for my son. They came next day delivery but unfortunately were too big. We checked online and there was only 1 pair left in the size we wanted. I telephoned in the morning and the very nice gentleman on the other end of the phone took my details, even though the shop was not even open yet, and put the trainers aside for me ready to be sent as soon as they had received my returns. The whole process only took 3 days much too my sons delight. Fast delivery and great customer service.

No complaints about the company or service it was my first time ordering from 5 pointz my shoes came within a reasonable amount of time and I was kept informed all the way along the process. My next concern after obviously is the company legitimate was how my goods would arrive I hate when my shoe boxes are smashed up on delivery alot of better known companies to myself still don't put your box in a box. If i remember correctly this particular box was a little banged up but the effort was made and still put into a delivery box small potatoes to some but not others. Overall though no complaints here would definitely use them again..
