Dec 31,2014I placed my order on 20 Dec and the product has dispatched on 25 Dec. It take five days on the process and it seems too long for me. Finally the product was just arrived to my hometown today (31 Dec). I can't believe that it will take 10 days to receive it and it never happened on other online store that i have purchased.

However, I advise they look into the quality of the products they are selling, I purchased a cheap five panel cap which is so uncomfortable I cannot wear it. I know price reflects in the quality of the product but I was hoping to get at least a few months use out of it, not 10 minutes! I would use 5pointz again but next time for a well known branded product.
