I contacted 5 Pointz and Jordan form the Bristol Branch, rang, text and e-mailed me to apologise for the missing items. They were delivered the very next day. Jordan displayed excellent customer service, one that is often lacking with some retailers. Thank you.

Dec 09,2014I have got to be honest and say, I was really impressed with the product and packaging from 5pointz! The delivery company, was massively at fault for this bad experience, they didn't deliver when they said they would, when they delivered they delivered to a neighbour, I don't know and didn't put anything through the door. Two days later they went back and picked the parcel up, rather than putting a note through the door, explaining where the parcel was, forcing me to spend another lunch break picking it up from their depot. I can't hold 5pointz to blame for this at all, but when I called to discuss this and explain that the whole process had been a disaster, 5Pointz were quick to blame the delivery company, which my response was I didn't order my trainers from the delivery company and then they changed tact and said how great the delivery company was, but they couldn't get hold of them to tell me where my parcel was and put the phone down on me twice, when I asked him "what happens now?" I am really disappointed as I spend £5-£600 a month on trainers and I felt I had another avenue to go to in 5pointz, rather than using Nike.com, Size, Footlocker, Crooked Tongues, Offspring, Foot Patrol etc all the time, but this has left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will think twice about ordering through 5pointz again. I sent an e-mail like this to the store Manager and am yet to receive a response, which only shows me, they don't value their customers!

Dec 09,2014Ordered at lunch time, realised I had put the wrong delivery address so emailed and got a call back within 30 minutes. A friendly member of staff amended my delivery address without fuss. Order arrived the next morning, within a specific time slot that I was notified of via text. A fantastic all round service.

As the website went down due to the x3 Black Huaraches being released, i wasn't able to get a pair of Chukkas i wanted with the Black Friday discounted price. In the morning after sending them an email, they given me the discounted price, and the delivery was very fast! What could be better!

I think the website could use a bit of a face life, other than that, all round excellent service and will be making more orders from 5Pointz.
