Although the first engineer came out and advised me that he could not see the mass. Which ment I could not have the service. 6g sent another engineer a couple of hours later to double check if I could receive there service and with great news I was told I could have the internet service. Unfortunately after I had been told no the first time I went with another provider. 6g was great about this and even offered me a great deal to take there service. Would definitely recommend 6g
Jamie R was brilliant when it came to installing my WiFi, went absolutely above and beyond for me. I wasn't in so it could have caused complications, but he was more than happy to communicate with my family about what was going on. He was here for hours making sure everything was working well, couldn't fault him on anything. Thank you :)

Luke came around sorted all my internet issues. Upgraded my router did not leave until speed was above 100mps making phone calls back and forth sorting everything out. Just left him too it.
The technical advisor, Shannon went above and beyond to help me, calling me back before our arranged appointment the next day which is unheard of from the bigger companies she was extremely helpful and polite and got me up and running in no time

Wow! What a great experience I had with this organisation. I was able to book my install slot online, which was then confirmed by phone and updated by text. The engineer arrived and was exemplary from the start. He took the time to explain everything that he needed to do and how everything worked, and truly made sure I knew that he would take whatever time was necessary to get the job done right. He even put up with my incessant questions about their truly innovative technology. He was model example of what customer service really means, and was friendly, helpful and considerate at all times. Once installed, the internet service has been truly superb. In contrast to the garbage equipment you get from most of the big companies, the router supplied is of a superior quality with 4 antennas. This means that the spots where we could not get wi-fi before (including only about 10ft from the old router), we now get full wi-fi all over the house. The quality of the initial experience, the model customer service and skill of the engineer and the superb quality of the service itself should be enough for anyone to choose this company to provide their internet. But it gets better! Not only are all those things true, the price is truly unbeatable. The monthly price is a good 1/3 less than even the best price that a traditional landline based service could offer, and it's over a 1/3 faster. Do yourself a favour, go ahead and give your business to this local, innovative, great value and customer focused company. I don't think you'll regret it. I didn't!
I cant really say anything much yet about the service because Im still waiting for the rollout to be completed in my area. So far though the customer service and registration of my account has been 1st class which goes a long way for me.

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with, customer service are rude and unhelpful. I have only had the internet for 2 months and had to complain nearly every week about the slow speeds of less than 10. I have been told I have a virus and they have turned my Wi-Fi off until I deal with this, yet won’t provide details. My Wi-Fi is still working so I don’t think they’ve turned it off. Shocking company.
