Had a billing issue eg over charged rang the customer service explained the issue & it was corrected within seconds, Partial refund & monthly charges adjusted very politely with an apology for the error & inconvenience. Very happy with this outcome 👍

Just had new internet installed by this company and nothing was too much trouble for them. In spite of a very awkward roof and the help of several engineers on Friday and Saturday, all sorted now. All the guys who came were very helpful and friendly and genuinely wanted to supply what we wanted. Clayton and James did great inside work. Very happy with internet speed and tidied up nicely after installation.

Just recently had Internet service installed by 6Gi and to say what a great guy the engineer was he could not have been more helpful and everyone efficient even switched my P C over too their network for me his name was LUKE H if all their engineers are like him they won't go far wrong...EXCELLENT SERVICE The man is a credit to the Company.

Engineer Sean attend my home address today, got Wi-Fi up and running to its full potential and also got the ring doorbell to connect as I was having issues with that, took him no time. Quality, friendly and timely service 🤙🏻

Our initial installment of the 6g internet was a bit of a nightmare as the guy who came to install on first installation date said he couldn’t do it and we needed a cherry picker. Turns out he could’ve done it and chose not to. 4 weeks on, Dan and Clayton came to install (today, Friday evening) they stayed on well beyond their shift to ensure our internet was fully working before they left, as they were faced with technical problems. They were both extremely friendly guys who went above and beyond! - also! We have finally recieved strong internet service in every room of our house!!! It was definitely the best decision we made to change over to 6G! Happy customers!

Luke H installed my Internet today and I couldn't of been happier with the installation from start to finish, they made sure everything was working before they left and I am very happy with the results, cheers mate

Been with 6G over a year now on the 100Mb deal, cannot fault the internet or the customer service when I've contacted them. Keep up the good work!

My 2nd review for this product. My first I couldn't fault the installation team however had nothing but problems with it since. My Internet wasn't even running at 1mgb at some points in my room upstairs, complained and was told they had a issue with the old routers and they came and swapped. Again all the staff were friendly and professional. New routers runs a little better but the full Internet been down 3 times in the past 3 weeks. Still not getting the guaranteed 100mgb in the upstairs rooms, still only getting around 40 which is not what I am paying for. I have teenagers who do alot of online gaming and did explain this before switching companies and they guaranteed me 100mgb. Personally I wouldn't recommend this Internet for anybody who uses a lot of Internet. Also I work so find it hard to find time to ring customer services. I have tried emailing and using the online chat which do not seem to get a response.

Router went offline called 6g they helped me reboot the router came back on straight away quick service I am a happy customer
