Had a service visit from Jamie and Dario. Poor lads had to spend hours in my home trying to fix the internet. Tried their hardest to fix it and got it working temporarily. It's now working again so luckily they didn't have to come back out.
The engineers Jamie and Dario were very professional and sorted the WiFi connection problem swiftly. They explained the correct operation of the devices. Their service was excellent.
I had Jamie Dario and Shaun come to install my internet was very polite let me know everything that was going to happen made sure I was ok with it all. Checked the speeds around the house even cleaned up after themselves(most people leave it) thanks ever so much

Had my installation done today by shaun and clayton, although we ran into a few issues with initial setup and a faulty router but they kept thier cool and cracked on with the job, outstanding level of proffessionalism from the pair. My house has always had its problems with black spots and dead zones but we now have excellent coverage in all rooms even as far up as the attic rooms, well done lads you've earned yourselves a drink after a job well done. Called customer services for a connection issue, the advisor sorted it out in one minute and also said he will keep an eye on it next few days to make sure the speed is always consistent, if not he will send engineer out and sort it. Amazing company so far, no waiting for support for ages like these big cooperations. Really pleased with them.
Good service and easy to phone them don't have to wait ages for them to answer phone and there 6g broadband is good never had a problem with it

I've had 6g for about 8 weeks now and although they asked for a review early on I decided to hold off until now. I have the 100mb package for 26.99 which are the speeds I'm actually getting, compared to the measly 25mb I was getting from plusnet. I had some questions about my first bill and the customer service agent I spoke to was polite, friendly and helpful. As I work from home i was a little sceptical about switching completely to a new broadband company. My plusnet contract does not finish until the end of July however I will definitely not be renewing. I'm more than happy to switch entirely to 6g after 8 weeks of great service. Thanks 6g internet, we now have numerous devices connected in our home without the dreaded buffering or waiting for things to load. I have forgot the installers names as it was a while ago, but would like to say a special thanks for working so efficiently and explaining everything to me. Keep up the good work guys!
Installation was great! Anything after that was a useful as a chocolate fireguard.. I thought my original supplier was crap signal at times, but i had nothing to compare to before 6g, now i know i was lucky to have what i had...6g is useless pointless unusable for streaming gaming or anything more than 10ft away from router, stuck with a 24mth bill for 23month early disconnection (pending on my side due to proof of phone agreement) they say I never give them chance to fix problems but just looking at their reviews you know it's never going to get better! I wish I'd of researched reviews 1st as anyone who uses it for anything more than google/emails has nothing good to say

Aug 04,2022I signed up for 6g service and was surprised that they insisted that I agree to a direct debit mandate before they would survey my property to see if the antenna could pick up the signal (apparently it needs to be line of site). Your 6G surveyor who went up on my roof and told me they did not have line of site so they could not proceed and that sales would be in touch to inform me that they would not be able to provide the service. However, I next received an email that said I had cancelled the order which is not true and today 6G deducted £4.99 from my account via the direct debit mandate. I have tried email them (but the email says their email address is not monitored so I would not receive a reply) so that they could refund the £4.99 and confirm it is 6G who are unable to provide the service and not that I had cancelled. Regards, Follow up You will see the 6g reply below. As of the 18th of August they still have not refunded the £4.99 they took as a 'Setup' fee (no mention on their website of a 'setup fee').
