Mar 29,2022We have had it for over a month now and it's the best internet we have ever had best signal and cheapest we have had they answer there customer support line with in a minute can't say a bad thing about them the people who came out to fit it was very respectfull about there mess and had real manners I have been kept updated all the way through my install and no extra chargers the router is bigger than the rest we have had aswell which is free it's like something off TV it's got 5 antanas coming off it we used to have shell energy and used to have to wait for 15 minutes for customer service you will not be disappointed no upfront charges you pay a month after it has been fitted

Mar 29,2022these 2 guys that came the day 28th march too laithe street did a crackin job got me up & running .clayton draper & i forgot too get the other guys name but top job guys well recommended fast internet going like a dream..👌👍and cleaned up any mess but there wasent much.& cool setup ive never had a setup like that before but cheerz guys ...c yah soon..& look forward too being a 6G internet customer for the near future.. shuggy harvey...

Mar 17,2022Had 6g internet installed today. JP and Rich very quick and tidy installing the equipment. Had everything explained to me and shown the speeds i was getting in each room. just hope the service is as good as the installation.

Mar 15,2022I've had nothing but bad experiences… I've had nothing but bad experiences with this company. Installation took longer than normal which was fine. On the installation date they asked me to submit a review which isn't abnormal for small companies. For the first six weeks I had nothing but issues appear this was normal, constant disconnects and slow speeds. I contacted customer service several times they didn't fo anything until after 6 weeks, after week 6 I was referred to the network team who stated they will fix the issue.. they didn't, I contacted customer service several times afterwards and still the same issue a month later I got through to a manager who stated they will look at hardware, engineer came round to tell me it was a network issue. Contacted the ombudsman to leave which I managed to (at first they wanted to charge me a fee, which would go against their contract as they didn't fix my issues). I don't recommend this company their customer service is atrocious, and their speeds aren't even great unless you live right next to their antennas. Their pricing is OK but you're not getting what you paid for. The plan I was on was the 100mbs plan. Second time posting this review as the company removed my first review due to it being negative. I proved that I was a customer!

Mar 13,2022Currently on data writing this. Had so many issues the signal constantly dips and cuts out. Had engineers out and called many times to be told different stories. It's cheap but it doesn't work I pay a cheap internet price of £22 for no signal. All the kids need extra data top ups I'm struggling to work at home and the CCTV isn't recording. Isn't fit for purpose hoping they will terminate our contract as I can't carry on with this provider. I thought sky was bad but atleast I got a signal downstairs. This doesn't get a signal into the house repeatedly daily. Dont do it trust me it will be the worst change you make Update still weeks later having issues it's been on and off for days back on data again. Been told twice last week they were fixing issues on our mast think it's just never going to work. Don't look at all the good reviews they are from ppl who have just had it installed. If I wrote about the installation that would be a positive. Wait until these customers all try to access the internet over the course of their contact then they will be complaining! I'm 18 months Into a 2 year contract and I have requested a termination. Can't wait to go to another provider will be cheaper in the long run as all I do is top all our phones up with extra data.

Mar 13,2022I rang because I didn't have a contract and couldn't get on your website to log into my account.The person I spoke to was really helpful and sent me a copy of my contract and explained that the website was having work done on it but would be back up and running soon.He even printed me a paper copy of my contract and posted it out as I thought I had hadn't received it in the e mail he sent.I am not very good with technology and have since realised that my contract was attached to the e mail as my son checked it for me so I am very sorry for the confusion.I was really happy with the help and reassurance that I received from him so thank you very much.
