Jan 09,2021My grandson loved the jersey however it had 2 or 3 dirt marks on it. I told my daughter I would send it back but she is going to wash it because he wants to wear it. I told her to take pics.

Jan 01,2021Well where do I start lol first off I had an issue with my account name so I went to the live chat with in seconds I was greeted by a gentleman named “MICHAEL” he was nothing but kind, understanding, helpful, and assuring within seconds he had my information on my account fixed I asked of any promos or codes and he went out of his way to first try and email one when that didn’t work he manually originated one for me so I can checkout and save a few bucks as I completed my check out they offered me a promo code for 25% off so I quickly went back in and bought a second jersey when the confirmation email came I realized it said small and I needed an xl so I went back to my live chat and once again MICHAEL came in seconds to fix my issue and assured me the size being sent will be exactly what I needed never once did this gentleman have an attitude or get upset because my ordering process was a mess instead he made me feel comfortable and confident that I was shopping with the right place I been in customer service for 15 plus years and today Michaels customer service stood out like no other if you guys have any doubts about shopping with this company please don’t stress you are a the right place and I can say that with confidence after my experience today thank you again MICHAEL you are appreciated and I will continue to put your company first when buying jerseys because of your efforts today you were such a blessing keep up the great customer service there is not enough people like you in this world thanks 🙏🏼

I did have an issue, initially, during the beginning of Covid, just after Kobe Bryant died, and I tried to order 3 kobe jerseys, 2 of which were for birthday presents, but I did not receive them in time, so I cancelled the order. But a few months ago, I received an email, apologizing for the delays and that you all wanted to offer me a discount, for the same items...I declined the generous offer, bc that was 20$/jersey MORE that what I had initially ordered. So, a few days later, you all were able to offer me the 3 jersey at the same price as I previously purchased, AND you added a free gift (two masks). I feel that you guys went above and beyond, with your customer service. You were prompt with responding to me, and that really goes a long way, with me. Thank you!! Dec 10,2020Let me first say that this place has won me over as a customer just based off their customer service alone!! Michael is by far theeee best CS agent I have ever chatted with! He provided superior customer service!!! He helped me throughout my entire ordering process!! He gave me all the information I needed regarding shipping and availability of items because I needed a jersey ASAP! He looked up the shipping options and prices and even checked on the availability so that I can see which jersey would best meet my needs. I even looked around and came back in a couple hours and he was still there willing to help me out again!! He even made sure that my order was prioritized so that I can receive it in time!! He really cared about my needs and did everything he could to accommodate me. I don’t even have the jersey yet but I’m hoping I’m as pleased with it as I am with the service I received.
