The initial response from customer service took longer than I’d hoped, but when Adam got involved, everything changed. He was so helpful and reassured me they’d do everything to get it to me before Christmas—and they did! After the holiday, I realized the jersey didn’t fit quite right, but Adam handled the exchange process like a pro. It was super easy, and I only had to cover the shipping cost. The replacement arrived quickly and fits perfectly. Adam truly made the whole experience seamless. A big thank you for going the extra mile!
Honestly, I had my doubts after my order got delayed. It wasn’t the easiest process, and communication felt slow at first. But out of nowhere, I got an email from Barak, the founder. He personally apologized and even refunded my shipping fee without me asking. That’s the kind of thing you don’t see often. The jersey itself? Top-notch. I’ll give them credit for owning up to their mistakes and doing what they could to fix it.
Ordered 3rd January with no updates to date. No status on tracking number provided. Have tried contacting them multiple times with no replies. Today I received one item of the three I ordered and its 2 sizes too big and a totally different player to what I ordered. Wont be ordering from these guys again sadly.
I ordered a Christmas present on December 7,2024 and it is Jan 21, 2025 and my order has not yet arrived. However, the CEO reached out to me via email and went above and beyond to make things right. He sincerely apologized for the delay and miscommunication throughout my process and guaranteed delivery of my product next day! Even though it took a long time to get my product the CEO reaching out to me made all the difference in the world! I would order from them again because of the excellent customer service!

I order my product December 17. Yes they could probably work a little bit better on communicating better but I finally did get my product and I was very happy with it and so is my grandson. Thank you again for coming through and making my grandson smile the product is very well so happy with that as well.

Ordered jersey as a gift for Christmas with 2 day overnight shipping to get days in advance. The company took my money but I Never received the jersey and when I attempted to contact the company multiple times, there was no response to email or phone calls. I just want my money back at this point since they failed to deliver a gift for a 6 year old child!! If I could give 0 stars for 99Jersey I would!!

took a little longer to hear back than i expected, but they handled my issue like pros. jersey came out awesome.
The size was way off. It has taken over a week to work through the issue with support. Still have to wait to see Jersey. The recipient of this gift is back at school out of state and now I will have to pay to ship it to him in addition to his disappointment at Christmas.
Never received order even after they charged me
Okay, so i thought this might not live up to the hype, but it does. the eddie jersey is next-level. they’re legit.
Communication was terrible, kept getting random replies from a different person every time. I was never gave a tracking number until 10 plus days. The shirt was some cheap fake and it came from a random guy in NY
This vendor has extremely slow delivery times. We had to reorder jerseys from another source to ensure they arrived on time. While they advertise a "satisfaction guarantee," it is misleading—they charge a 20% restocking fee for brand-new, unopened merchandise, plus shipping costs. On top of that, their return process is unnecessarily difficult, requiring lengthy back-and-forth communication just to obtain a return address, which I still haven't received. Their customer service, delivery times, and advertising practices are unacceptable. Proceed with caution.
