Dec 21,2023What a great company to deal with. I have bought a sewing/embroidery machine and just recently an overlocker that arrived the next day. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they are accessible via phone, email plus Facebook messenger. They answer very quickly. If I have a problem they will sometimes send me a video to show me what to do. It's because of their customer service that I bought machines from them. You can't put a price on good after care and they offer the very best. I wouldn't buy from anyone else, they are an excellent company to deal with. I buy from Woodseats with confidence knowing that any problem is sorted out very quickly and the after care is second to none.
