Recently the machine developed a problem probably due to user error, however after a reassuring phone call followed by a brief visit to the shop everything was resolved perfectly quickly and very professionally Recommend this company highly such a happy warm and supportive team and they will be first to call if I need help or thinking of purchasing the next machine
