The lovely gentleman showed me a Janome sewing machine, demonstrated the various stitches and then let me have a go before I purchased it, he also gave me a part exchange for my old one. May 31,2018I have bought 3 machines from this shop now. They all do different things. I will not go anywhere else. There is no pushy salesman just genuine advice from the heart. The after sales service is excellent aswell. This is a family run business and they really care. I cant speak highly enough of them. I have recommended several people to this shop now. I have rang them up for advice when I have taken delivery of a machine and i wasnt quite sure how it worked. they were patient and kind and talked me through exactly what i needed to do. highly recommended.
