Mar 31,2018I recently purchased a new sewing machine from this company. The machine was £300 cheaper than anywhere else which was amazing and the P&P was free although I was offered an upgrade if I wanted to guarantee delivery by 1.00pm. I didn’t take it and the delivery arrived at 1.15pm! The machine I purchased was a Janome memory craft 6700P which is an upgraded design of my previous machine. It is superb. Stronger, faster and the bigger ‘throat’ is a big bonus. Before purchasing I checked that all the extra feet I had purchased for the previous machine could be used on this one and I can, although I should point out that this is only possible if you change the ‘leg’ as well and use the one from the old machine which fits perfectly. It is not possible to use the the new leg as it has a thicker ‘ankle’ and the new feet are a bigger size. They are much more stable than the old ones so I will probably change over in time but for now I can use the ones that I already have.

Apr 18,2018They were very helpful. It was a late Saturday afternoon, Easter weekend and I was able to look at the machines I was interested in. They gave me plenty of information and answered my questions. I was very happy with my purchases and would definitely use them again.
