Mar 25,2024ABC dropped the ball in getting timely 1st attempt at service. Then provided bogus attempt at service. (i.e., Within 6 minutes of my inquiry, they logged a failed attempt: "Unable to access address due to storm" when alleged server was 45 miles away from location; partly cloudy 9mph winds. What storm?) Then ABC re-assigned docs to same RPS attached to bogus attempt at service. Who fibbed? ABC or RPS? Honesty/ethics mandatory in this field and definitely lacking on this job. Great platform but com'mon ABC. You can do better.
