Feb 23,2025The sign up and the info I entered was entered correctly HOWEVER my information entered by your staff was entered incorrectly not only once but twice. First my last name is LOWY not as entered LUNY. Secondly my suit amount was $9999.99 NOT $999.99 only a $9000 difference I think data entry needs to double check their work. I just chatted online through the website CHAT OPTION and WENDY was PHENOMENAL. SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL UNDERSTANDING AND EFFICIENT. However the reason I had to chat with her was very upsetting. As stated above, my original service had 2 errors BUT was completed on FEB 8. On March 1 I went to the court house to file the second set of docs but when I got to the window the clerk advised that there were 2 errors on the service doc. One the process server entered the wrong court house name and secondly entered a case number that does not exist. So I tried calling ABC and their phone lines were down which raised a red flag and I thought they were probably out of business. This was the most aggravating service process ever I thought my $85 was down the toilet and I was going to have to get another company and start all over again!! ABC should really get on top of this and my stress level was NOT appreciated for the hours I spent dealing with this

Feb 23,2025Honestly it was great. I'm American but live overseas and the sheriff would only take cash in person or a money order (what century are they living in?) and this was going to be a nightmare - but ABC was super easy and got it done for a reasonable price. Thank you.

Do you know what mental torment I went through because of your failure? You should not offer serving sensitive documents to anyone! I would not recommend you to my enemy!!!
