The team handling our PR file has always been patient & available to clarify any doubts, provided us with valuable knowledge and always conducted themselves with extreme professionalism. Abhinav as an entity has been transparent and absolutely fair. Considering that Covid-19 pandemic took away a large chunk of the time for applicants like us, but Abhinav was forthcoming in offering help by extending the contract which is a reflection of the values this company holds. Sep 20,2021Myself and my wife we applied for Australian Partner Visa with the help of Abhinav. We were guided by Murali in Bangalore office. One thing I want to suggest to all the people who are looking to apply for visas is that the whole process is laborious and it should be a team work. Thats where Murali played an excellent role in not just guiding us through the process but also consult us from time to time on our work. He is meticulous and very detailed. He is also a good listener and gave good counselling on difficult processes. After gathering all the douments for 2 months almost we submitted the application on May, 30 2021 and we recieved our partner visa on Sept 15th, I have been told that it is record time. The kind of experience she has and the way she trained us made this possible. All credit goes to you. The one on one sessions, the examples and the mocks she conducts are amazing. The recent questions that have come up were constantly shared. I was really nervous before my exam but the way she motivated me gave me the much needed confidence. Sep 16,2021I have been connected with Abhinav since 3 years. They were working on my immigration case. Undoubtedly the team is very professional. Whether it is sales who help you with closing the contract or operations team who assist you with the filing procedures. Radha Sharma from the Sales Team was very supportive and quick in her reverts. Whether is is renewal or anything related to case which is beyond her scope of work she has always gone ahead and guided us. Mamta from the operations team was handling my case since last 3 years and all these years she was at her best. She use to always respond on whatever query we came up with. I have bothered her on weekends however she has never turned down our request. She is very humble and dedicated towards her work. This was quite evident during the time she had to file our PNP as inspite of some personal health issues she ensured timely filing of the documents. I wish her all the success in future. Received my ITA and PR card within 6 months of submitting my file and the credit goes to Vinny for all her efforts. She went beyond her way to make sure everything is perfect with my documentation. I was in Canada when I submitted my file and due to the time difference it becomes little difficult to get in touch, even then Vinny made sure to guide me on every step and replied to every concern I had through email and calls. Sep 13,2021Me and My wife applied for the Canadian Immigration (PR process under Express Entry Program) through Abhinav Outsourcing. We are glad and blessed that we decided to go ahead with this company for while deciding on taking the next big step in our lives. We were assigned a Document Process Specialist and possibly one of the best person the company has in Ms Jaya Sharma. She always guided us from time to time on what documents were needed, how to go about our Ielts test and desired score and all other requirements from time to time. We are indeed grateful to Ms Jaya who has gone out of her way to help us achieve our dreams, today after a year and three months of running around and following up, we have finally received our Visa to fly to Canada and apply for PR.
