Apr 24,2024From the minute I contacted acacia to leaving the house after the hen do it has been absolutely perfect, the ease of getting things booked and sorted has been second to none and nothing was too much for Ashley, the house was stunning, the treatments were wonderful and the chefs were fantastic, every bit of the weekend was everything we wanted and more, James the owner was so helpful when we were there and the hot tub was amazing too! I can’t thank you all enough for making it the perfect weekend for my mums hen do, we are already trying to plan our next event to come back and stay! Thanks so much again acacia cottages x

Apr 24,2024Acacia were fantastic. They made the whole booking and planning so much easier. Their responses to emails were always incredibly fast and I would not hesitate to use them again when planning an event. The Oxfordshire Hen House (WO) was beautiful, absolutely stunning rooms and so much space! A huge thank you to everyone, and all our suppliers. Our food from the private chef was delicious, the yoga session was lovely and held in the town hall which was beautiful. Finally the transfers were easy to arrange and very communicative.

Apr 24,2024Would highly recommend Acacia cottages. The team were great at providing quotes and ideas. Having a website where everyone could pay separately was very helpful. The Cirencester Barn itself was lovely and perfect for what we wanted to do. The life drawing class was fun with the perfect level of silliness balanced by some actual learning! The mini bus to Cheltenham worked perfectly and the driver was really helpful and friendly.

Apr 17,2024We had the best weekend for my hen do! The house was beautiful and absolutely enormous with everything we needed. The cocktail class was fab and we had so much fun. Having the mini bus booked meant we could just enjoy ourselves and not have to worry. Ashley has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole experience - thank you so much! I had the best weekend ever.

Apr 14,2024We booked the Contemporary Yorkshire Cottages for my hen do. There were 16 of us, so we needed two cottages. We used the bigger one of 10 and the smaller one of six. Becca couldn’t have been more helpful with helping his designer package and telling us which activities we could add onto our college visit. We were able to arrive slightly early to put up some decorations and the place was modern and spotless. Throughout the weekend, the company had arranged for us a cocktail class which happened at the cottage, at dance class and massages at the cottage. The cottage has a hot tub which was fantastic and if we needed it topped up, they were more than helpful to come and top us up for us. Me and my hens had the best weekend, and some of them are already looking into rebooking this cottage for other celebrations.

Apr 12,2024I booked my friends hen party with acacia and it was so easy! Becca was super helpful , nothing was too much and made the planning so much easier than expected! The accommodation was so lovely, plenty of space for 11 of us, the owners were so welcoming and friendly! The spa added on was great, we all loved having a relaxing afternoon over there! Special Thankyou to our personal chef, Alison, who cooked us a delicious meal before our night out! The bride loved the weekend and all the package had to offer - Thankyou!!

The space is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a group of 10+ people. Ashley from Acacia was so helpful in getting everything organised with us and would definitely go back for other events.

Mar 23,2024We had the BEST weekend at The Dales Cottages. They really are set in a stunning area, we loved seeing the farm animals from the windows! They had everything we could have wanted and more available to us, and the added extra's (prosecco/breakfast ingredients) were a fab personal touch. Thank you so much!! Working with Acacia really made the hen party planning process super easy and helped alleviate me of any concerns. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a hen party / large group weekend away.

Mar 22,2024We booked Red Brick Norfolk Barn for a hen weekend. Ashley at Acacia was so hopeful and flexible throughout which is a godsend when trying to arrange a hen. The barn itself is gorgeous, in a beautiful location, nearest station a 15min drive away. The beds are comfy, showers are excellent and the barn comes with every facility you could need (you literally just need food, drink and clothes). We had beauty treatments and flower crown making - all the suppliers were really lovely friendly ladies who added to the experience. Honestly a perfect weekend.

The cottages are so clean and comfortable, Julie who owns them is so lovely. If you’re thinking about the perfect weekend for a gathering of any kind, then this is perfect. Mar 08,2024Luxury Yorkshire with hot tub Just returned from a fabulous weekend away at this beautiful house we stayed at for a hen do .There were 14 of us plenty of space every thing we needed . Booked through acacia cottages we booked at dance class which was brilliant we all loved it and the taxi arrived on time with a lovely driver too. Would highly recommend .

The wine tasting with Cécile was particularly entertaining! The cottages were bigger than expected and were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend to anyone organising a hen weekend!

Feb 22,2024From start to finish, the whole process of finding a suitable hen party venue was easy and enjoyable with Acacia Cottages. We as bridesmaids wanted the very best for our bride to be and felt thoroughly supported and communication was quick and efficient throughout. We had my sister’s hen party at ‘Red Brick Barn and Apartments’ in February 2024. All the hens had the same amazed reaction when they arrived, and couldn’t believe that we had the whole place to ourselves. Each of the 6 apartments were spotlessly clean, beautifully and tastefully decorated with everything you could possibly need for a self catered stay. It was so much bigger in person than it looked on the photos. The communal lounge, dining area, bar and commercial kitchen were just as spotlessly clean and well thought out. The two wood fired hot tubs are in a stunning location looking across the valley. We struggled to get the fires lit initially but after calling the caretaker was there within minutes and cheerfully got the furnaces going for us. One bit of advice to pass on to any other hens who book here, make sure you leave plenty of time, at least 4 hours- ours took 6 in the end as it’s February and the water is at a colder temperature to start with. It’s worth it in the end! We are so glad this place was suggested to us, it’s a real gem in the middle of stunning countryside. We were also able to book therapy treatments for all the hens which were very relaxing and all three of the therapists Debbie, Sara and Jenna were friendly, professional and did fantastic work. We also had a three course meal booked through Acacia which was delicious and made a nice break being waited on in between the self catering for other meals. There were so many options for additional activities and treats it was really hard to choose! They had lots of choice throughout, both with venues and activities to suit your budget. Having it all in one place and communicating with just one organiser made it so easy to keep track of and Acacia do all the hard work for you. We would absolutely recommend booking through them, and would book again no question. Feb 15,2024Thank you so much for all your support along the way with planning Charlottes hen do in Oxford at Oxford Country House. The venue was perfect, great size, well furnished and great distance from places. The theme was Aperol Disco, we had so much fun dressing the house up in preparation for Charlotte. Jay Jay our bar tender was awesome. Friendly, on time and we all had the best time making our drinks, having a chat and bit of banter with him. Highly recommend! The taxi into Oxford with David was also amazing, kept us entertained with loud music and took us to where we were going for food. Pick up was perfect too! We used the stunning views surrounding the venue to take photos, the sunset was stunning. We put the fire on Saturday morning to keep us warm whilst decorating our sunglasses for the evening. All in all, a fantastic weekend to celebrate Charlotte! It was just what we asked for and so much more. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The house was stunning and made the hen weekend even better! The beauticians and chef (if you get Harriet she’s lovely) were amazing! The hot tub was so relaxing! Couldn’t fault this company and our stay, would definitely book again and recommend this to anyone!

Apr 30,2024A fantastic experience from start to finish, Karen and Ashley helped me to organise the most fantastic Hen Weekend for my sister. The house ‘Luxury Yorkshire with Hot Tub’ was everything we hoped for and more! Taxi transfers arranged for us arrived well on time, everyone was so helpful and chatty. We really did have the best time! The house owner was super helpful and friendly, and didn’t mind being disturbed early on a Sunday morning when the power had tripped off! Overall a fantastic experience with Acacia Cottages, thank you 😁
