Jul 01,2022Recently booked a hen do through acacia cottages, we stayed at Red Brick House York and also had a 30 minute beauty treatment each as well as a 2 hour cocktail making session with a personal bartender. It was absolutely amazing from start to finish, the accommodation was beautiful as well as central and the two extras were absolutely perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Jun 30,2022Had my hen do here and it was absolutely fantastic. The inclusive package of cocktail making and a butler in the buff was brilliant. The lads made you feel so comfortable, really professional and we never laughed so much. The place was really clean, and had everything you could imagine, from an amazing pool, hot tub. To do much space you never felt on top of each other. Overall I would highly recommend this place and would love to go again!

Jun 30,2022From the moment we booked with Ashley we were provided with swift, professional and polite communication, nothing was too much trouble and all our queries were dealt with. The Red Brick Barn and Apartments are outstanding, they are beautifully presented with everything you could possibly need - the grounds are wonderful and the hot tubs a great addition. The suppliers we used were so attentive and lovely to deal with, we had the best weekend and we cannot thank Acacia and Ashely enough.

Jun 29,2022Ashley and Molly who have been helping organise my sisters hen doo booking at ‘Peak District Houses, Hot Tub and Pool’ are AMAZING! Can not fault any part of the service. Payment was easy and clear, emails answered quickly and adjustments made easily. The accommodation is so beautiful and the added activities really made it an experience. Created some beautiful memories for my sister and we all still can’t stop smiling. We just want to go back asap ! So greatful. Thank youuuuu

Jun 29,2022Everything was amazing from start to finish. Becca was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. All of the activities included were fabulous and the accommodation we stayed in was the MB Oxfordshire barn. It was lovely, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. I would highly recommend acacia cottages as they take all the stress out the planning leaving you to be able to enjoy the weekend :-)

Jun 13,2022Acacia cottages have been absolutely brilliant in helping me organise my friends Hen weekend. The whole booking process was very easy with a fab online portal that made it very easy to make payments when collecting money from 15 people. Becca has been very helpful and responsive for the last few months, with all my questions and phonecalls, (thank you!) We booked the venue (south wales near chepstow), a butler in the buff and a silent disco with acacia, and everything was exactly what we needed/wanted! The house was great for a hen weekend, plenty of space and quirky with lovely features, the hot tub and stunning view were just unforgettable! Thank you again, I would throughly recommend acacia for any party weekends/holidays, they took away alot of stress! :) xxx

Our Bride to be and the party of 14 loved every minute, from the indoor pool, hot tub, three course cooked meal, cocktail making class and butler in the buff, it has been an exceptionally well planned out weekend that we will all remember forever! Would most certainly recommend this company!

Jun 02,2022Myself and 6 of my friends recently had an acacia Getaway for a hen do and loved every minute. We booked well in advance to avoid disappointment and the company were helpful the entire way through. They emailed detailed packages and allowed me to change them to suit our own perfect weekend. They were polite friendly, and nothing was too much (breath of fresh air after attempting to go through other pushy hen do planners!!). When we arrived at the cottage we were greeted by the most lovely lady who showed us around and even came to take photos for us, even made us a cake! The venue was stunning and perfect size for the 7 of us, didn't feel cramped at all and the hot tub was absolutely gorgeous. Everything flowed really smoothly with the plan going perfectly, driver and chef were there on time and lovely with great food. The venue allowed us to decorate and we were able to put up balloons etc to make sure the hen was perfect. The bride to be absolutely loved it and we all had a fab weekend. I couldn't speak more highly of this experience.

May 20,2022We booked x 3 lodges for 14 people for 3 nights which were amazing accommodation for a hen party at Yorkshire Cedar Houses near Richmond. Alongside the accommodation we also had two activities booked, which were flower crown making & a cocktail lesson, both of which were fantastic additions to the weekend. The whole planning process through Acacia couldn't have been easier and the whole weekend exceeded all expectations. Would definitely recommend booking through them, especially for larger groups where you want the planning aspect taken care of. Thanks again, Sophie.

May 19,2022On behalf of all of the hens, I would like to thank Acacia Cottages and our event planner Ashley for organising an absolutely perfect weekend for our Bride to Be. We could not of asked for anything more the whole weekend ran so smoothly and the other suppliers hired were incredible and made the experience extra special for us. I would also like to note how professional and friendly both of the beauty therapists were , aswell as our butler and the chefs. The house is absolutely stunning and full of character and charm. The attention to detail from the owner and throughout the house is exceptional, we were particularly impressed with the wonderful kitchen which is so spacious and equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and the SONOS speakers throughout the house. The house was spotlessly clean and the garden and surrounding grounds were immaculately maintained. We were very impressed with the location of the house which is conveniently located close to the train station, shops and beach. Amazing memories have been made , thank you for creating such a special weekend for us all .

May 19,2022I used Acacia Cottages to organise my friends hen party and we had the best time! The whole process was so easy, not to mention the great price. Ashley was such a massive help and was always there to answer any questions. We stayed in Smiths House which was such a brilliant house with an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge which was ideal and plenty of room for everyone. The garden area was also massive so lots of space to enjoy the sunshine! The suppliers were all very friendly, on time and brilliant in what they did! I would highly recommend Acacia Cottages if you are planning a hen party! I will be using them again for sure!

May 17,2022I first started planning a hen do for my sister almost 3 years ago through Acacia Cottages, and because of Covid, we had to postpone it twice. The whole concept made me so anxious, knowing I had to keep picking up the planning again and rolling with all the changes as time went on, but Becca from the team was AMAZING and she made the whole process as seamless as possible. She was very patient and helpful with me via email and everything was handled professionally and in a very friendly manner. The house was perfect for what we needed and the views were BEAUTIFUL! We stayed at the Stone Farmhouse in Bristol and the lady who greeted us, Becky was very welcoming and helpful and all the facilities and amenities were exactly what we needed. The hot tubs with the view proved a firm favourite, but we also made very good use of the heated pool. We booked the life drawing class as our main activity and it was so well done - lots of fun games and not at all seedy. A few of the girls said it was the best hen do they'd ever been on. So few companies seem to offer the type of packages that Acacia Cottages do and I'm so glad I found them!

May 13,2022We had the BEST time, a BIG thank you to Becca and Karen for helping us to organise a wonderful weekend for our hen, she absolutely loved it! The whole process was so smooth, from when I emailed you initially to enquire right up until the hen do, you responded to emails quickly and gave us all the information we needed for the weekend in a consolidated document which was SUPER helpful. I was able to share the holiday plan easily with the group so they had all the information they needed in one place 🙂 The cottage (Oxford Country House CH) was beautiful (the pictures you have don't do it justice!), very clean and tidy and exactly what we were looking for. The therapists were so lovely, and all the girls thoroughly enjoyed their treatments! The cocktail class was also fab, the weather was so lovely we ended up doing it outside and we all had a great time. The minibus turned up on time in the evening, and he picked us up outside the club on time too.. no waiting around at all! This was the first hen do I have planned, and it was so stress free because of you guys and your excellent planning, we got exactly what we signed up for and I will be recommending you to other people for sure! Thank you so so much for everything!!!

May 12,2022Perfect weekend away. We used Acacia Cottages to plan a hen do, going to North Wales 'Welsh Hideaway.' Planning was easy, there was an easy portal for payments and communication was very straight forward. The property itself was absolutely beautiful. The suppliers we booked through Acacia were easy to contact and always happy to help. Would definitely recommend.

May 06,2022I organised my friend's hen do through Acacia Cottages and cannot fault them. Their communication throughout was amazing and they thought of everything. The hen do had to be rearranged twice due to Covid lockdowns and they were so helpful with sorting this out for us. The hen do itself was at Blackdown Views and it was just amazing. The house was beautiful and the location was stunning. There were even lambs in the field behind the house :) We had massages during the day and a meal cooked for us in the evening and both were just perfect. I would completely recommend Acacia Cottages. They have been fantastic! Ashley, especially, has been so very helpful. Thank you!

May 03,2022We recently stayed at the Acacia Getaway With Hot Tub for my sister's hen weekend. The cottage itself was absolutely gorgeous and in the most lovely location. There were 7 of us in total and we had plenty of room. The cottage was fully supplied with everything we needed for the weekend and was spotless. Susie, the lovely lady that owns the cottage was beyond wonderful, as were the suppliers of our canapes and the driver of the minibus who kindly took us to Bristol in the evening. Becca, our agent who helped me organise the trip was so helpful. We had to postpone our weekend for an entire year due to covid which inevitably made some changes to our original plans - but nothing was too much trouble! I thoroughly recommend Acacia Cottages to anyone and our whole hen party agrees. Thank you Acacia for everything :) Charlie X

Apr 26,2022We had an amazing stay at Peak District Houses, Hot Tub and Pool, the house was incredible - with rural views of Carsington Water. Ashley made the booking process a breeze and we had an amazing 3 course meal cooked by a chef, as well as beauty treatments at the property. Highly recommend for hen bookings!

Jul 01,2022ChewMagna Farmhouse with Spa. Becca was extremely helpful during the booking process and all questions were answered fully. The owners were very accommodating and the Farmhouse was perfect for our weekend away! I was as little apprehensive about the “Spa” but it exceeded my expectations and was a perfect area and size for our party! We opted for the Beauty Treatments and Chef on the Saturday and both of these were perfect and the Therapists and Chef (and her ‘waiter’) were great fun, lovely and bubbly!
