Apr 21,2022After a few years of changing, sorting and changing again due to covid we finally got there and went on my hen do to Chew MagnaFarmhouse with Spa in Bristol. First off I just want to say a massive thank you to Becca. She was quick to reply to emails and provide me with the information we needed for our weekend away. Throughout the past few years of organising Becca has honestly been amazing so thank you :-) The cottage was quirky and indeed very different. Lots of talking points for sure. The breakfast that was included was great! The owners were there to meet and greet and to show us around. Spa was lovely and so were the beauty therapists. Overall a brilliant weekend!

Apr 20,2022Booked a weekend at Streamside, Bath for a friend's hen party in 2020 - Obviously COVID had other ideas, but Acacia Cottages were always very good at communicating and catering to our needs as a group of 15. From switching taxi times and numbers of our group a million times, nothing was too big an ask and was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Becca which made our holiday (eventually in March 2022!) a very good one. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for hen/stag weekends or just a girly getaway. 5* service and at your beck and call 24/7. Can't beat them! Thankyou so much Becca at Acacia Cottages - You are the best! :-)

Apr 14,2022Such an easy process from start to finish, including the return of our deposit within a week of returning from our weekend away. Being able to book accommodation & activities as a totally customised package is a game changer. Even when we pushed the whole thing back a year due to the dreaded ‘Rona. Changes to numbers etc all dealt with super quickly by Ashley and our online portal made collecting payments an absolute breeze. Would not hesitate to recommend this company!

Apr 13,2022Booked a beautiful house in South Wales for my friend’s hen weekend and it was perfect! Everything we needed was there and ready for us as described. The owner of the home left a lovely card and some cakes for us, which was such a nice and comforting touch. My holiday coordinator, Becca, has been fantastic throughout the journey of booking and organising the weekend. I have received prompt and helpful responses from Becca after each enquiry and she put my mind at ease completely. Highly recommended!

The property was just as described and everything ran smoothly and to plan. I would absolutely recommend Acacia Cottages and Red Brick Norfolk Barn. Wouldn’t hesitate to return. The barn was well equipped and clean. Top marks.

So helpful with endless enquiries and changes to our plans and provided all the information we needed throughout the booking and management of a large number of people! The Oxford country farmhouse was the perfect venue for my sister’s hen with all 18 of us fitting in comfortably with heaps of space for us all and our activities! Thank you so much Acacia cottages for helping us to have the best weekend in a beautiful location, I wouldn’t hesitate to book with you again.

Mar 27,2022From the minute I found Acacia cottages online, it couldn't have been easier to plan and book my hen do. Communication was fantastic (big shout out to Ashley), planning was easy and the payment method of allowing each hen to log in and pay individually was brilliant. Amazing value for money. The range of activities to choose from was brilliant. We did a dance class and then had a private dining experience in our cottage. We had so much fun with the 90's theme dance class, the instructor was the best, really got everyone involved. The chef arrived spot on time, the food was fantastic and they cleared everything away - bonus. The whole weekend was the perfect way to begin the final cound down to my wedding, I couldn't have asked for anything more, thank you

Mar 21,2022Booked my hen do for 22 women through acacia cottages and what a dream it was! When I first enquired they sent options of places that were free when I wanted to go and met my specifications. It was so effortless (for me) yet detailed! Nothing was too much trouble for Ashley, even changing meals and treatments with suppliers with little notice. He kept me informed of everything regularly, even just sending over a holiday plan to ensure everything was right (which of course it was). Will definitely be booking through these again! Thank you so much for a trip I’ll forever remember :)

Mar 20,2022We stayed at bath house or known as the firs for a hen do. Personally not the best place to have a hen do there where too many rules that then put us on edge worrying that we would do something wrong. It’s states that there is enough parking for 5 cars however the owner told us not to park in front of the garages. There where no toilet bins supplied so for us ladies with sanitary products it wasn’t easy to simply dispose of. There where medications left in cupboards which could be a hazard if children where staying. And to top it all off we wasn’t informed that there was a residential cat which many of us didn’t like and was also told by the owner that we needed to feed him which I don’t agree is our responsibility. I do not agree that this residence was worth £3000 and would not stay again!

Mar 16,2022We stayed at the “luxury Yorkshire with hot tub”, and honestly had the best hen weekend ever. Acacia were great at organising everything, making it stress free. The house was stunning and James was always there to help if we needed anything. We had a 3 course meal which was divine and the massages which everyone raved about. The hen had the best weekend ever and we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. Thank you so much

Mar 12,2022Acacia cottages have been wonderful. After our previous booking fell through due to the property owner selling the actual property Acacia came to my rescue to help find a place to stay for my sisters Hen do. We were fortune enough to stay at Luxury Yorkshire with hot tub (York) were 16 of us had an amazing weekend! Although I did speak to a few people at Acacia it was mostly Becca I interacted with- who went above and beyond to meet my needs, I wanted regular updates, were things were up tp etc and despite my many request Becca was a amazing and kept me very well update throughout. We booked a few activities onto the booking such as butler in the buff, mini bus transport, afternoon tea at the house and the cocktail making (although the cocktails wasn’t a great success- no fault of Acacia, but the venue themselves) Everything else ran very smoothly, and was great, no to have to think and check times as Becca had done all this for me. I would have no hesitation at all booking through Acacia again or recommending to other (especially larger group as they really do take the stress away!) Big thanks to Becca- I know I wasn’t the easiest of customers at times lol, but you really did support in giving us an amazing weekend- thank you beyond words!

Mar 09,2022This is a great idea. After the pandemic things started to move quickly with my friend's wedding and they were nothing but helpful and accommodating! Loads of options depending on the kind of weekend you want to have. All the girls loved the amenities and location. We had a really great weekend and I would (and have) recommended Acacia for any future gatherings, especially for hen dos!

Feb 20,2022I booked a Hen Party through Acacia Cottages for Feb 2022. From the beginning, the staff (Molly and Ashley - I did have a couple of contacts due to a maternity leave) were really helpful and responsive. It was great to book activities through Acacia (we had a 3 course meal and white water rafting) which meant the weekend flowed really well. The house in Derbyshire had amazing facilities and was perfect for our weekend. We especially loved the swimming pool and large kitchen.

Jan 13,2022Recently organised a hen party which took place in January 2022 at Acacia getaway. The weekend was amazing! So easy to book through Acacia cottages who help you through all the organisations. They are so prompt with their emails and replies and constantly keep you updated. For example, we had booked a time for our cocktail making session but one of the bartenders was self isolating, but straight away (before the office was open from the new year) they got in contact and came up with an alternative solution, which ended up working out for the better. Payment is so easy to do, all online and had no issues whatsoever. Becca, who I was dealing with was really lovely and very helpful. Even before I was assigned Becca, the person/people I was emailing when first enquiring were incredibly helpful and able to help me find appropriate accommodation. Being able to book activities with Acacia cottages made the planning so much easier and the people who came to the accommodation had been there before, which made the set up and the running of the activities very smooth and effortless. We chose the mobile spa treatment and mobile cocktail making which were both perfect. Check in and check out of the accommodation was so easy and the host was so friendly, which put us at ease. Overall was an absolutely amazing experience 10/10 and would definitely recommend this company to friends and family for similar events in the future. Thank you Acacia Cottages.

Jan 13,2022I booked a cottage stay through acacia with the help of Angela - I literally sent a request through of what I was looking for and Angela sent me some examples it was all booked within a few days. We had an online portal which my guests could log in and pay up saving me the hassle of chasing monies. I was then handed over to Molly and Ashley who were always super responsive to any questions i had. We arrived at our venue and it was as described and all our activities ran smoothly - I will definitely be a returning customer - THANK YOU
