Nov 01,2017We had such an amazing time at the Luxury House, South of Bath which was organised through Acacia Cottages. We booked it for a long weekend for 15 people for a hen party and we were not disappointed. The property was stunning, lovely and clean and the welcome gifts were very much appreciated and a lovely touch. While at the Luxury House, South of Bath we enjoyed pamper treatments for all from therapists who were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We also enjoyed a 3 course meal catered for us in the comfort of the Luxury House and the caterers were fantastic and the food was delicious. We would highly recommend the Luxury House to others...it is fantastic value and a truly stunning property which is not far from Bath which allowed us to enjoy a girly shopping trip. Acacia cottages have been amazing in helping to plan an unforgettable hen weekend. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they also responded promptly to any questions we had. I could not recommend this company more. Thank you to Acacia Cottages and the Luxury House, South of Bath for what will never be forgotten as a really amazing hen do. Xxx

Oct 31,2017This cottage had an idealic view of the coltswold hills, it really felt like a country retreat. The cottage was lovely with a conservatory style seating area which looks out onto the view. Lots of shower rooms was great for us all getting ready to go out at the same time. We booked the evening dinner, treatments and taxi service. All of these ran like clockwork, with lovely people carrying out all these services. The dinner was delious and felt very luxurious being waited on 'at home'. The massages and facials were carried out by skilled therapists who were very friendly. Having the big hot tub meant that you could relax and looks out onto the wonderful view. The close enough proximity to Cheltenham meant that we could have the best of both worlds, going into town for our second night. I would highly recommend this property for a hen do.

Oct 25,2017We had the most fantastic weekend away for my sisters hen do! Everything from start to finish was perfect - the whole booking process was easy and Jemma and Karen were extremely helpful. The activities we done were well planned and great fun! Would recommend!

Oct 09,2017I had a truly amazing experience with Acacia Cottages. The Bath Barns were set in a beautiful place and had everything you needed for a big group holiday. They had arranged lots of extras for our hen party which all worked amazingly and everyone involved were fantastic. I would highly recommend and definitely use them again.

The barns were amazing, set in a beautiful location and the activities booked went down a treat with the girls. Thank you so much for making my sisters hen do one to remember!

The customer service and booking/payment system were all second to none. Would recommend Acacia Cottages to anyone looking for a hassle free weekend away!

Aug 24,2017Organising a hen do is a mighty task and using Acacia Cottages was simple from start to finish. Our holiday co-ordinator was very happy to help even when we made many changes. The holiday plan was great and always updated as we made changes. The concept of being able to organise activities as well as the house was brilliant and made the whole experience less stressful. Nothing went wrong and the house (Bath Barns) was completely as described. The only thing that could have improved it was if there were a ful set of champagne and wine glasses. Other than that, it was brilliant. The emergency contacts were so helpful and when we had a problem, they were quick to help us. We felt very happy and I would definitely use you again/recommend you! Thank you very much.

Aug 12,2017We stayed at the Oxford manor for two nights in August 2017. The house was beautiful; spacious, grand and very luxurious. Booking with acacia cottages we also had canapés which were delicious and delivered straight in to the kitchen, and taxi transfers to and from Oxford city centre. This meant we didn't have to worry about booking taxis in the day and sorting out money, and it was actually very cost effective. A great weekend with fab service in the most beautiful location.

Aug 12,2017I booked sunshine cottage in derby for my sisters hen do. I was a bit jubiious at the start as it did seem very pricey, but it was 100% worth it! We had a fantastic time and the property was perfect. I can't fault a thing! We also included activities on our package. The butler in the buff is definitely a must if you're going for a hen! The meal we had cooked for us was divine. The only thing that would of been nice (but I can see why it's not) is to have a few food options rather than Everyone having the same. Highly recommend the beef wellington though! We also had 2hrs of cocktail making which went down a treat with the ladies before our night out in Nottingham. The hot tub was a perfect chill out addition and even when it went cooler....we were still in there! The gardens were perfect to play sports day games which we had planned and to walk off the hangover the next day :) Vanessa at acacia helped plan an amazing weekend. I can't thank her enough and we aren't booking again soon for a few birthdays coming up so I'm sure you'll hear off us soon Jenna Handley Staffordshire

Aug 02,2017We recently stayed at The Bath Barns for my cousins Hen party weekend and I can honestly say we had an amazing time. Organising 17 girls wasn't easy at all and I was so worried something would go wrong or the suppliers wouldn't be as good as I hoped. However Acacia Cottages helped plan everything from start to finish including transfers to and from a club in the middle of Bath. We did cocktail making and had a three course dinner cooked with a butler in the buff serving us drinks etc. All suppliers were brilliant, on time and good fun. The barn was clean and in a beautiful location and if it wasn't for the help that was giving to book all the activities, my job as a bridesmaid would have been a lot harder than it already was in the first place. My cousin had "the best hen she could possibly wish for" and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to do the same thing. I may even suggest doing the same for mine one day!!!

Aug 02,2017I could not fault the service I received, this is the second time that I have used Acacia Cottages for a Hen Do and would definatley use them in the future. I dealt with Jemma and she was always quick to respond and really accommodating if I needed to make any changes. We stayed in the Somerset Stone Farmhouse and I couldn't recommend this property enough. The pictures do not do it justice, the building and the surroundings are perfect and everyone who stayed there had a great time. The swimming pool and hot tubs are a great addition and there is lots of space inside and outside of the cottage.

Jul 27,2017Communications up to the event were clear and helpful. The weekend was really easy (we had treatments and a home cooked chef meal) and the accommodation (the Derbyshire cottages near Matlock) was clean, modern, nicely set and had everything we needed, one slight negative was the communal space (a tad small for 13 people). The other slight negative was that it was a bit pricey, especially if you wanted to add anything on (and there were extra fees for making any changes after 2 weeks prior to the event).

Jul 27,2017Acacia Cottages helped us to organise a venue, and some activities for a Hen Party for 12 people. It was so easy to deal with the team and we felt that the costs were really reasonable. Everything was organised seamlessly we arranged a spa afternoon and chef to cook a three course meal. The Spa was lovely and we all had half hour treatments with lovely masseurs. The meal was amazing, food was better than a lot of restaurants I have been to who are cooking for 12 people. The venue, Chew Magna Farmhouse, was fantastic and just what we were looking for as it was in beautiful countryside and lots of walks around. Lots of space for 12 or more people, lovely rooms a lot with ensuites, single beds for everyone, great lounge, great dining room, great gardens to use too. Would thoroughly recommend Acacia Cottages and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Nov 01,2017Loved Loved Loved our stay at Chew Magna Farmhouse and Spa. Its my second visit there and the whole group loved the quirky house with surprising artwork on the walls. The owners are amazing and really spoiled us with all the extras they left for us- breakfast supplies, tea, coffee, bread and more. They were also up for a laugh with us all and joined in with some silly hen do fun. Rooms are suited to the old house and very comfortable. The spa was lovely and clean and so nice to have it on site. Wifi is a little weak at some points of the house- but we weren't bothered as we were enjoying being away in the quiet countryside. Would highly recommend this house and Acacia again. Thanks you!
