Jun 20,2017I booked the cottages in New Forrest for my sister in-law's hen weekend! The accommodation was lovely. On Friday night we had a chef who came over to cook for us, the food was amazing, we had our treatments done on Saturday which was great (especially after few drinks on Friday night we really enjoyed our massages). I highly recommend Acacia Cottages! Everything was great from the start to finish!

Jun 20,2017Acacia helped us to organise a great weekend away, their communication and details provided were accurate and the property was amazing. The extra's we ordered- canapés and mini bus transfer to York were also excellent with reliable and high quality suppliers. The only thing that could have improved the service would have been for other extras to have been more competitively priced - we would definitely have arranged more if they were!

Jun 13,2017Acacia cottages provided us with a fantastic base for our hen do in the New Forest. Everything from the arranging beforehand to the activities planned through the company was fantastic. We had a private chef come and cook for us friday evening and the food was exceptional. Big portions and a professional service made for a great start to the hen do. On the saturday we had arranged for massages to take place at the cottages. The masseuse's were amazing! The massgaes and facials were very professional and relaxing. Everyone came away from their massage feeling very relaxed!! The cottages themselves were lovely. We had 3 cottages for 17 hens which was plenty of room. Each cottage had a sunny courtyard where we were able to host afternoon tea on the Saturday afternoon on the biggest courtyard. The cottages were clean and tidy with basics provided to get you started although you did need to bring your own tea/coffee and toilet rolls if you were staying for a period of time. All in all the service from Acacia Cottages, Burgate Manor Farm, the chef and the masseuse's was exceptional! Would definitely recommend for a lovely weekend away.

Jun 12,2017We had a fantastic hen weekend at Pembrokeshire White House. The surfing was a lot of fun and our instructor was an excellent teacher and really put those who were nervous at ease. The life drawing was also fun and well thought out. Our Butler was a big hit with everyone! The food provided by the private chef was delicious and there was plenty of it! Having Acacia Cottages organise all the activities made it a lot easier, and the online payment system is a great idea when you are having to liaise with a big group. The weekend went very smoothly and the bride-to-be had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Jun 09,2017We booked the Gloucestershire White house for our weekend in a package with beauty treatments, afternoon tea and a 3 course dinner. The house was amazing, the owner welcomed us as soon as we arrived and made it clear we should make ourselves at home and we could make as much noise as we wanted despite him living so close. And when passing through the garden early evening he even asked us why we were soo quiet! All of the activities we had booked went ahead without a hitch and it made it really easy booking everything through Acacia Cottages. And most of the people that came in already knew the house and where to go which meant we could just leave them to set up on their own while we got ready. The ladies from Sheunique for Afternoon Tea in particular were really lovely. They called me the day before to confirm the booking, to give me the name of the lady that would be arriving and to say that she hoped we had a great weekend which was a really lovely touch! When they arrived on the Saturday they stuck around for a few minutes to show us everything as we all got dressed up in some of the accessories they brought along and they even took some photos for us! The massages and 3 course dinner all went soo smoothly and everyone has a fantastic weekend. This is the second time I have used Acacia Cottages and I will definitely be recommending them!

I had so many questions and changes that I kept wanting to be made, and they were so helpful and patient throughout the planning and booking. The countryside view cottage was gorgeous! Our bride to be absolutely loved it, beautiful home and incredible views of the Cotswolds! Would definitely go back and book again with Acacia Cottages! Thanks for everything!

Jun 01,2017The staff at Acacia Cottages were very helpful and lovely. A lady named Jemma helped me organise my Mum's Hen Do at Rural Cottages near Bath and the weekend went brilliantly. We had a chef cook for us at the cottages, a butler in the buff, cocktail making session and mini bus transfer. The chef was lovely and the food was yummy! The butler in the buff was very involved and entertaining. The cocktail making session was a lot of fun and Nigel was very good. The owners of the cottages were very friendly and the cottages themselves were nice. Overall the weekend was a success and I would definitely arrange through Acacia again.

May 30,2017Chew Magna Farmhouse and Spa - Had the most amazing weekend away with my friends in a beautiful cottage in the heart of Somerset. The weather was vey kind and we had our afternoon tea (provided by me as a thank you to my friends) outside in the garden. Our chef Friday night cooked a beautiful three course meal which we shared round the big farmhouse table where we also enjoyed two lazy breakfasts during the course of the weekend. Saturday we spent the time over at the spa, all enjoying our treatments, the outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Little bit of downtime to get ready for our transfer into Bath Saturday evening. Once back we played games in the lounge and in the winter months would be lovely as you could have the fire burning. The courtyard outside is lovely and its nice the two owners dogs (Very friendly) and the hens just wander in, real country living. We were all sad to leave Sunday afternoon after a very chilled and relaxing weekend, eating, drinking and having fun.

May 26,2017ABSOLUTLY FANTASTIC weekend!!!! It could not have gone better!! Everything was perfect, the murder mystery was a highlight for everyone and it was run flawlessly.....well as can be when you got 17 drunk women!! The house and its facilities were top notch, it just a shame it has been sold and can’t be used again. Tristan who does the Gin Tasting also was great, had immense patients and very knowledgeable. You guys’ planning and arrangements and communication during the process was fantastic and all the suppliers I talk to could not speak more highly of you as a company.

All the services we used through Acacia- transport and food were to a very high standard and very professional. The house was lovely with great facilities! The hens were very impressed with the ease of the payment system that you have. Thanks to Vanessa and Karen for everything that you have done. I'll absolutely be recommending your company and using you again if I get another call up for bridesmaid!

May 17,2017We had a really lovely weekend for my friend's hen do. From the initial enquiry I sent to the day we left, the customer service was great. They responded promptly to all my questions and were very accommodating with our specific requirements. The Barn near Cirencester was a great size, very comfy and had a large garden with BBQ if we needed. All the activities were fun and delivered by friendly and professional people. I'd recommend Acacia Cottages to anyone who wants a hassle free and fun hen weekend. Many thanks for all your help!

May 15,2017Jemma made the whole process of organizing a Hen Do with 18 ladies a breeze!! As the only bridesmaid i was concerned i'd be pulling my hair out but she was always there with a quick response to the billions of questions i had. The cottage (Bath Barns) was beautiful and exactly what we wanted, huge entertaining spaces big enough for us all but lots of quiet bedrooms in case it all got a bit much. My bride was over joyed by the whole thing, the custom packages that we could make really suit her and her friends and the atmosphere of the whole weekend which was made by how easy it had been to organise. So thank you Acacia Cottages.

Jun 21,2017We had such a wonderful hen weekend away at the Somerset sleepover. The house was perfect for us and we opted for the cocktail course and a three course meal as our main activities. The cocktail course was such fun and Mike was really entertaining and got us all involved! The meal cooked by our chefs was delicious and we were very impressed with all our courses. The hot tub at the house was a huge hit with all the girls and Jemma helped me so much with all the organising of our weekend. Thanks so much! I definitely would use acacia cottages again and recommend them to friends.
