The first car we drove away in, the apple carplay didn’t work, so we had to drive all the way back, wait for another car to be ready, then take that one. We paid $50 for extra kms, but not knowing Perth, we were nowhere near needing extra, we were well under. We felt the least they could do due to the muck around at the beginning was refund that $50 seeing we were well under, but no, nothing which I found very disappointing and not the best customer service.
