Jun 23,2023I ended up having to use a rental van for about two months and the guys at Ace were always accommodating to my needs when they could be. Very good pricing compared to many other companies that I tried. I had an excellent experience and will use them again if required.

Jun 19,2023We rented a 12 seater van and we don't mind the high mileage of about 270,000kms. The cabin light was not working and the brake light was intermittent. We had to drive to your workshop the next day and your technician fiddled with the lamp and said it was fine. We trusted him but we still felt uncomfortable that it might break again. He said the cabin light cannot be fixed. We had an elderly person on wheelchair and we needed to frequently load and unload wheelchair at the back. We cannot have two persons there at all time where one carry a touch light especially at night. It was definitely a safety issue and after much explanation, the manager was kind enough to swap for another van which we were thankful. What if we were already far away? Would that affect our planned trip? I hope we all learn from this and make sure any rental vehicle is safe to drive before handing over.
