Oct 09,2022Purchased a ride cymbal online. Matthew 'phoned me to inform me that as it was late on a Friday, he would dispatch the cymbal Monday for delivery Tuesday. He also assured me that although it was an ex-display item it was in mint condition. We chatted a bit about cymbals. The cymbal arrived on Tuesday in excellent protective packaging. I was kept informed of sales receipts and delivery progress by e-mail. This is what I want from an online purchase, competence, efficiency, enthusiasm and security.

I had been dealing with Callum one of the sales advisors and find his interaction cooperation and level of communication absolutely 2nd to none. He was always there to provide answers for any questions despite there being a 6 to 8 week time before I was able to afford the new base. I cannot recommend the shop hire. From the word go they were brilliant and extremely helpful. Many thanks Callum and the rest of the guys.

Oct 09,2022I ordered a used Yamaha Tyros3 from this company, which was absolutely fine, unfortunately, this instrument was apparently lost by the courier & seriously damaged in transit,.. Justin & Callum at A&C Hamilton were brilliant in this conglomeration of delivery problems, none of which was their fault,. I got what I wanted in the end & would recommend this company to anyone, I will no doubt be dealing with them again,..

Oct 08,2022Bought a pre-owned keyboard. Website was easy to use. The staff emailed and then called me to discuss small scratches on the body, to make sure I was ok with the condition. They then overnighted it to make sure I had it for the original delivery window. This showed real care for customer service. I was very impressed, we will definitely be using this company again!

Sep 18,2022If you are thinking of purchasing a new musical instrument, particularly keyboards, pianos and guitars you will not be disappointed with the service they offer, I bought a new Yamaha PSR SX900 keyboard and did a part exchange on my old Korg PA700, I was attended to by Keith who went through every thing I needed to know and was not rushed in anyway. The price of the keyboard was as good if not better than most and would have delivered free but I chose to to go to the store myself. I have now got my new keyboard home and are delighted with it. Well worth the travelling to get there.Top marks to AC HAMILTON. MARTIN

The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and gave good advice on the piano that would best suit my needs and budget. I was shown what the piano was capable of and a few songs were played so I could hear the tone etc. I did not feel under any pressure at any time to purchase any item. It was exactly what I was looking for. Delivery was free, fast and arrived on time. I was shown again the piano and it’s workings just to refresh my memory. I have now had the piano a few weeks and am enjoying learning new songs. The sound of the piano in my front room is amazing. Thanks again to the staff, I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anybody looking for any instrument to purchase. They will be given a friendly welcome and good advice on whatever instrument they’re looking for. Many thanks for making this a very easy experience.

Oct 10,2022I traded in a few keyboards in order to get the new Roland Fantom 08. All the team at A&C were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Even though my experience of workstations is fairly out of date, I was never made to feel like an idiot, and they had all the time in the world for me both on the phone, and when I visited. They also really know their kit, so could demo any product I was interested in. Great store and people.
