Aug 20,2022Keyboard arrived on time in a large box which was slightly damaged but keyboard ok. The memory stick was included and nicely packaged with power cable. I did have a problem when the keyboard froze and rang Hamiltons for help who said the expert was out but would ring me back on his return. That was about 3 weeks ago and still waiting although I have managed to sort out the problem myself. Overall very pleased with the keyboard and its suoerior sounds.

Jul 24,2022I was looking to change my keyboard. I had tried to sell it on eBay without success. So I thought about trading it in, thinking I would get a lot less for it using that method. I found a second hand keyboard that I wanted at Hamilton's so I asked for a part exchange offer. The amount I received, plus the saving I made by having a mint but second hand replacement keyboard, was as much as I wanted via ebay. And I didn't have the hassle of someone coming to my home to collect it etc. The service from the team at Hamilton's, particularly Justin, was first rate. I explained what I was trading up from and Justin respectfully challenged my thoughts about my replacement keyboard. He showed me a few options, including my preferred choice. As he was more experienced on arranger keyboards than workstation keyboards, he then asked Keith to take over, as he was the expert on that instrument. I had a thorough demo and was then allowed to have a play myself, using headphones so I didn't disturb the other customers in the shop. I returned home and decided to go ahead with my preferred choice, so I rang the shop, spoke to Justin again, and secured the keyboard with a deposit. When I collected the keyboard, it had been wrapped in polystyrene wrapping. A keyboard bag had also been sourced, which was offered to me at half price. I paid the balance for the keyboard, put it in my car and returned home. The whole transaction was easy. After buying the keyboard I was now part exchanging from Hamilton's over 10 years ago, the same level of service and customer care had been maintained since then. I would have no qualms at all in recommending this quality company for anyone who needs musical equipment.
