Oct 31,2022Contacted shop to arrange a tryout of preloved Taylor DN3 guitar at the same time agreed a proposed trade in price for my old guitar. Shop very helpful no rush agreed a final price and made purchase. My first Taylor it sounds so good all solid woods made in USA a loud guitar many thanks to Callam at AC Hamilton.

I was immediately phoned back by the company when I had trouble paying by card (standard security measure pending a check by the card issuer) and asked if I needed assistance. I didn’t but customer service was very prompt and thus appreciated. The keyboard arrived the day after I ordered it.
