All I can say is, if you require excellent service and excellent products, then A & C Hamilton is the place to go. If you are thinking of buying a Yamaha Montage, speak to Keith. If you want a Korg Pa4x speak to Justin. I have just purchased both and have had many happy hours on the phone to both of them nothing is to much trouble. If I could give them ten stars I would. Thanks again to A & C Hamilton for outstanding service. And a special thank you to Justin And Keith.

For communication very good promptly answered Emails etc and helpful when I collected my SX 900, I agreed to pick up the box and staff helped to load quickly because of Covid the shop was closed and it was arranged I would just picked up the ready box However sorry I can not give 5 stars as their can be no excuse for them not checking everything was in the box when after getting it home and unpacking I found there was no mains connection lead. Phoned the shop who apologized and they promptly put it on overnight courier APC next day delivery that Friday afternoon BUT should ask for their money back as I did not receive the leads until two days later on the Monday lunchtime so a weekend birthday present was useless Great keyboard by the way !

Great and very fast service- emails were personalised (as opposed to computer generated) and made it very clear what stage my order was at. Expectations managed excellently and my order arrived the next day in perfect condition and set up well. Will definitely purchase from A&C again.

Honestly one Word Fantastic. I called them at 13:50 to purchase a Keyboard. They managed to install the software required included Yamaha Voice Guide to the Keyboard. and still get it out for next-day delivery. Their customer service was great even saying don't read the manual just call us and our experts will help. they have been intouch via email since and said the same thing.

I can’t thank Keith enough, I needed to get a new clavanova piano as a present for my wife’s birthday. Keith at A and C Hamilton excelled finding out the availability and getting it delivered and set up for her birthday. I would definitely recommend them as their service is second to none.
